Dr. Valdez is the best eye Dr. In the High desert. She really cares about her patients. She really makes you feel at ease. The assistants are really nice too. Dr Valdez is very precise and professional, yet very friendly and respectful. She is also very accurate. I have never had to wait a long time before they took me back.
Everyone there is so nice. This is the best place to go for anything eye related.

Dr. Valdez and the staff are very knowledgeable and professional.
On arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff who consistently checked up on me and asked if I was doing well. Furthermore, I did not have to wait past my appointment time.
Dr. Valdez went through my examinations thoroughly and explained all the procedures clearly. She truly cares about her patients and is very polite.
I ended up purchasing 2 pairs of high quality glasses at a VERY great price.
Thanks to Dr. Valdez and her staff, I will be coming back in the near future.

I called to make an appointment because my wife is a patient here. The receptionist was less than helpful and made it sound like I was bothering her valuable time. I was placed on hold several times and drug out my phone call to the point I just hung up. I later went inside to pick my wife’s glasses while she was at work and the staff was «okay». Lesson be told, a great staff front and back office will make or brake any business.

The staff here is short and rude!!! Worst front office. When no one at window you can hear them all talking and laughing. When patient at window they are very rude. Will not do anything extra not do they smile and greet. I have heard them talk and/​or laugh about patient there. We gave them 3 tries and same at each visit. They don’t care about anything but their paycheck. Even optician balked at tweaking glasses for a better fit. Never ever will go back. Obviously Dr Valdez is making a good profit and doesn’t care about her patients either.

I came here because of an emergency. The selection is very small. The staff is so-​so. The wait was crazy long! About an hour after our appt time for a routine eye exam. No apologies or reason why it took so long. Dispensing dept, eh. The gentleman made me feel like I shouldn’t have «good ins». Let’s see now if it really takes 2 weeks for glasses to come in.

This is about Dr Valdez’s staff. The billing leaves a lot to be desired. They could not or would not bill my secondary health insurance, despite my inquiries on why it was not being done, and they repeatedly sending me a bill, and me explaining over and over that they had not billed my secondary insurance company. In this respect they are totally unacceptable. The reception staff was totally indifferent and disinterested in rectifying the situation. Patients deserve better than indifference.
