Starbucks

I Absolutely love this Starbucks location. I stop by on my way to work at least 3 – 4 days a week and even when the drive through is 7 – 10 cars deep they are quick & accurate. They always make my drinks perfect & trust me I’m picky.

This is our go to Starbucks, mornings are the best in my opinion here with the baristas always so nice and prompt.
For mornings I would give full 5 stars, afternoons are ridiculous! Not only does it take at least 20 – 30 min in drive thru consistently the order is repeatedly wrong. They will remake the coffee of coarse and are always polite about it but it’s frustrating pulling away driving down the road then taking a drink to realize it’s not what you ordered or they forget an ingredient. My advice is have at least 40 min to spare and try your drink before you leave even if the label is correct.

Over the past year this location has gone from my favorite location, to my least favorite. Since there was a management change and all the Bari stars changed it has taken up to 45 minutes to get a cup of over priced coffee

Worst service at this location I’ve been to in a long time at a Starbucks.
First off Starbucks employees, it’s extremely unprofessional to put a posted note on the register not being used saying «Closed» doesn’t sound like Starbucks quality service to me?!
Also if you are annoyed at a customer don’t through away the cup with their name on it and put the drink on the counter and have them wait for a long time (over) 10 minutes to see if there drink is ready with no name on it.
I don’t think they’ll be treating customers this way anytime soon, because I took it upon myself to call the corporate office. The man I spoke with reassured me that this was not acceptable behavior or anywhere close to proper Starbucks standards.
Good luck Starbucks employees, you’ll need it.

I stop at this Starbucks a few times a month only because the husband goes to Home Depot in the same shopping center…
And every time we go to this one, Customer Service is not like ALL the other Starbucks we go to. (And we go to Starbucks 3 – 5 times a week.)
We usually use the drive thru here.

New review: When I went through drive-​thru yesterday, I ordered a venti triple shot java chip frappiccihno, anyways, I don’t if they were training people, or short staffed but it took me 30 minutes! I couldn’t believe it!!! By the time I got to the window, I waited about 5 minutes for the lady to charge me and another 5 for my drink. And when I usually order my drink, there is always extra leftover that they put in a tall cup. But they didn’t give it to me this time which bummed me out because I paid for it!!! I didn’t bother asking because I was in a hurry and didn’t feel like waiting another 5 – 10 minutes for it. And they were skimpy on the whip cream. Maybe new management? Or employees?
Old review: Out of every location in the high desert, this one is my favorite. Something about how their baristas make my drink, I just love it. And fastest drive thru service compared to any other location. The manager Allie (I believe it is) is super nice and seems genuine to her customers.

Right as you walk in to the target on the right. Lady was very kind but they were out of sugar free vanilla for my skinny caramel macchiato! :/

Out of all locations. This is probably bottom of the list for me… Can never get a simple coffee right.

I do enjoy some of the staff here. Some of the ladies are quite sweet. But I mean, how many times can you get my drink wrong and to think I’m a regular! It’s just frustrating! The drive thru here is awfully long. It doesn’t matter whether I come inside or in the drive thru… They seem to mess up my drink 80% of the time. I don’t understand why really. I’ve been to several Starbucks nationwide. I have lived in many states and I have never been to a Starbucks like this one. Like I said, the staff is somewhat decent but they got to do something about the excessively long wait times. The longest I have ever waited to get my coffee here was 15 minutes. I don’t think I have ever waited that long ever at any of the Starbucks coffee shops in any state I have been to. Smh

Made mistake on my order. I went on drive thru, with hope it will be faster, but not; first long line, then mistake in my order. So, I had to go inside the store to get it fixed. Disappointed with waste of time.

I just moved here in the area about 6 months ago and have probably come here almost every other day… I usually get the same thing and for some reason they’ve only made my drink correctly two or three times and you would think I would stop coming to this location but it is more convenient for me and regardless of anything I’m a loyal costumer to Starbucks. My only complaint is if I ask for soy milk can you actually put soy milk in there?! Thank you

There’s a Starbucks on every corner. And sometimes you get the feeling that there is too much of a good thing. Other than that, Starbucks is a great establishment and offers many different coffee related items. This particular Starbucks seems to have a really good and hard-​working staff. Keep up the good work. Five stars for the Starbucks

Lately, I’ve been pretty disappointed with this Starbucks with its long wait time in the drive thru and less than cheery employees. I understand we all have our days but it’s happened multiple times recently. The worse was about 2 weeks ago when I went through the drive thru with 2 sleeping babies and after an almost standstill and being in the drive thru for about 15mins, I ended up with 2 crying children, an employee that didn’t even greet me and a straw that was way too small for my venti iced drink! Definitely not a quick treat for a mom of two who just needs her coffee some days.

Love Starbucks in general. But this store ALWAYS makes at least one of our drinks wrong. A soy chai without soy. An Americano with cream without cream. The worst was an Americano with cream and Classic and they forgot to put espresso in. Just a big cup of cream and water. These are my most recent three visits. And who feels like going in to have it corrected after you’ve already driven away? They’re lucky they’re the only one close by! First world problems lol. But use another one if you can.

By far the best Starbucks in the high desert! I get coffee daily and will go to whatever Starbucks I’m by and normally regret it but every time I go to this one I’m always satisfied and the girls are friendly they even give me free drinks sometimes just because. Corrine (not sure if that’s how you spell her name) is the best she always makes me feel welcomed!

Pretty simple starbucks. Got my drink quick through the drive through, the staff was super friendly. It’s just my go to coffee spot all over town. Can’t go wrong! $.50 refills or free with a gold card is a nice perk. Thank you guys, I’ll be back for more coffee.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks close to home. The baristas are super friendly. We were in the drive– thru and the machine wasn’t working. The barista gave us $ 8 worth of drinks for free. I always see a group of students studying or people talking. Very friendly service!

One of the best Starbucks! Sometimes I do a large order of 5 – 6 drinks and no matter how complicated it seems, even to me, they have never once screwed up a drink! A+

I love this Starbucks. The drive thru is always so fast and when I go in the girls are so nice and even gave me a free cookie the other day just because!(: I love that my work is right across the street too!

I love this Starbucks! I drive this way on my way to work and when I’m in a hurry I don’t have the time or the patience to deal with delays. I never have problems here so I never stress if I stop here on my way to work.
