This place has made me never want to shop at an Ulta again. They used to have 2 girls and someone was there every day. now they are down to one and have no second girl in site. They have changed their hours from every day to Monday-​Thursday, and Saturday. I went on a Thursday and she wasn’t there for some reason, wasn’t told the schedule and came back Friday… she wasn’t there. By this time I was a little peeved.
I called today to make an appointment and was placed on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on. I called back and placed on hold again…5 minutes and I was hung up on AGAIN. I am officially done and over that place! Customer service is hit or miss there. Their products aren’t any cheaper than going to Macy’s and buying them. They are more convenient, but the fact that they can’t get their act together makes that irrelevant.
