Spring of Life Health Spa

I was introduced to Spring of Life via a Groupon/​Living Social deal. I was a little skeptical when I first arrived because the location is set back in a strip of businesses off of 436 in Apopka. Don’t let the location deter you because Jeannie is wonderful! She is very sweet, very knowledgeable and very talented. I’d never really had reflexology done before but wow! She knows every little pressure point. She educates you as well so you can do a little self therapy between sessions. She is fair in her pricing and packages. Although not an overly fancy place you will be won over by the staff.

Best kept secret in Orlando. If you want a relaxing experience with a kind and knowledgeable person, this is your place. I drive from Winter Park because she is so good.
She has packages for multiple massages that are well priced.
Make sure to get reflexology and hot stone.

1) It was so convenient to make a reservation with Jeannie because she not only leaves you a voicemail if you miss each other but she communicates by txt msg (my preference) to complete your appointment and answer any remaining questions you might have.
2) She IS a Reflexology Expert. She was so kind to give me a few tips to work on my TMJ tension which causes migraines and neck/​shoulder pain. I only had a 30min massage (after a salt body scrub) and she was able to release the tension on my shoulders. I’ve experience 90min. massages where therapists weren’t able to relax my knots. That’s amazing!!!

Jeannie is a reflexology expert. Her knowledge and technique are second to none! If you have never tried reflexology, you will be simply amazed at the treatment and results. Jeannie has a sweet and caring demeanor and always makes me feel pampered. She has helped me tremendously in alleviating my back pain and has improved my scoliosis.
