This company is a SCAM, company SUCKS and not responsive to customers problems at all. I have 2 different SC 36 salt cells which were 5 & 6 months old when I started to have problems with back in November 2014. Salt cells are covered by a full 2 year warranty according to their literature when you buy the cell from them for $ 350+ dollarsa? Well over 150+ vm messgaes, emails & actual spoken to multiple IDIOTS at the company including President/​CEO Tom Moreton who claims we will get those replacement cells out to you ASAP, almost 10 months later still no CELLS, it is such a long distance from Orlando to Tampa, LOL!!! Jason, their warranty director is a complete BUFFOON, Betty their receptionist, what does she do with the vm messages she takes, does she eat them? SCAM SCAM SCAM Stay Far Away Please!!! I am retired military 26 years Special Ops so for them to do this to me is a travesty but doing it to anyone they are completely WRONG!!!
