Team Attraction Gymnastics strives to improve the lives of 18 month to 18 year olds in the Apex area through the sport of gymnastics. We offer beginner through competitive team gymnastics programs from 45 minutes 1 day per week up to 20+ hours per week of intensive training in a positive environment. In addition to recreational classes and competitive teams, we also offer summer & track-​out camps, birthday parties, and Friday Night Fun Gym. Contact us today for more information!

The coaches take their jobs very seriously and realize the important part they play in the lives of these athletes. We couldn’t ask for a more caring and close knit family of coaches and athletes.

TAG strives to be the best gym not only in Wake County but the State and the SouthEast. Their coaches are constantly getting extra training on the latest techniques and requirements. They do not have girls competing at levels they are not ready for, so that when they do compete, their scores are always good and they make a great showing. They also teach skills incrementally so that gymnasts are ready to try a new skill because they have all the steps that lead to that skill. Very professional. Communication is great. I also appraciate that there are no hidden costs. The staff figures out all the team costs well before the season and lays out the families competition fees well before the actual competitive season, allowing you to budget over many months to get your payments finished in time. No other gym we attended EVER did that!
