Matt and his staff were knowledgeable, professional, and skilled. I bought tires and an alignment package from another NTB location (Cary, NC). I wasn’t satisfied with the work they did on my car so I took it to the Apex location. There, I found a staff that was interested in quality workmanship and dedicated to customer satisfaction.

i’ve been here 3 – 4 times now. the manager, Randy, and supervisor, Bruce, have been fantastic. i told them my goals for spending money on the car and they have advised me, even when that meant i was spending far LESS money. they are courteous and professional. if you want integrity and good service — this is the place for you.

the worst service and quality of repair work Ive ever had, service desk when talking to him he looks at you like a deer in the headlights, da’, the mechanics, are you kidding me, the should be bag boys at walmart, and good luck with that guys, I wouldn’t trust them with my automobile if they was the last repair shop in usa, I would start riding a bicycle to work

This is our 20^th year in North Carolina and for all those years we have had six vehicles serviced and tired at this and a Cary location. And up until today I would have given them 3 to 4 stars.
Yesterday, I made a 6PM appointment for today because I needed new brakes and my available time to have the vehicle service is very limited. I arrived early due to good traffic flow and was told that they were completely booked for the evening and that I would have to come back. Never mind the fact that mechanical scraping noises have begun.
They had my telephone number yet failed to have the decency to call me.
They have just lost 100% of my future business.

I had been going to another tire shop that was closer, but stopped when they totally hosed an alignment and chewed up a set of tires. So I tried this Merchants location and it has been a much better experience. No surprise when the other shop closed down and got a new owner. The folks at Merchants feel more trustworthy and competent. I’ve done a couple flat repairs there, and although it costs more they actually take the tire off the wheel and do a patch from the inside, instead of plugging from the outside. I also signed up for their 3-​year alignment program, which at $ 130 is a pretty good deal versus paying for each one separately. I’ve had a couple instances where they looked at something that didn’t seem right, but there wasn’t pressure to buy something and they even did a couple small things at no charge. I’ll continue to take my business there.
