After an entire day or running around the entire valley: Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Scottsdale, making my way back to Apache Junction where I live part-​time, all I wanted to do was have breakfast food for dinner, watch my favorite webcam show with a nice Mountain Dew Code Red and clunk out for another full busy day tomorrow (which is today). The chick on the intercom and at the window was sweet and polite. She told me to hang on for my hash brown. So I waited for about 6 minutes. When I got my grub, I sped home to get my relaxation on. I had my laptop out, had my delicious Red right there, turned on my show and began unwrapping my sam’mich to find… the top and bottom was burnt BLACK! I-​do-​NOT-​like-​my-​food-​BURNT! It’s such a nasty, disgusting taste to me. Normally when I receive the wrong order, I have no problem going back to exchange or get my money back. But since I’ve been driving around all-​damn-​day, I wasn’t about to get back in my ride to get another one. So of course I had to do what I HAD NO CHOICE doing. I lost nearly my whole sandwich because someone wasn’t watching the grill. In my opinion, it’s great that McDonald’s decided to do the whole ‘serving breakfast all day’ thing, but yesterday I heard on Fox 10 news (while I was waiting for my appointment) that it was extra work and stress on the employees. I understand that. The most simplest jobs CAN be stressful. But I expect the employees to keep it together during work hours and proceed to make delicious food. We’re all stressed out. But don’t extend a bad long work day by making a shitty sandwich. I’m not speaking only for myself, but for everyone. 3 stars because of my disappointment. I’ve been going here for years and this is the first time this has ever happened. If it happened during a chill out day, when I wasn’t running around, of course I would have went back to exchange it. I’m not going to blame them for my long day. But it added a little stress to my night. And since I live nearby, I’ll be going back.

I bought ice only this morning, 2 bags. The ice is dirty and leaves gray slimy floaters in my glass of water. I stopped eating food here 5 months ago and now I will not be buying ice. Disgusting!

Every Sunday my little one pokes her head out from under her blankets and asks in her sweet little voice,” Mama can you please get me a sausage McMuffin from McDonalds,” sometimes two. They’re only a dollar and it makes her happy, so off I go!
This location although busy has two drivethru spots to get you in and out. They are always, quick, and always friendly! This Mama appreciates it, and so does my little sausage Mcmuffin eater!
