The best experience ever buying a car !!! We have bought many cars from many dealerships. From California to Texas and the best experience was here. Alan called us when he saw I was online looking for a car he answered my questions and invited my wife and I down to have a look and test drive a car. Alan explained in detail the features of the cars we test drove he listened to our questions and understood what we were looking for and what our needs were. Alan helped us work a great deal on our trade in and got the dollar amount we needed out if it. everyone we meet in the process of buying our car shared a warm smile a heartfelt hello. We even got follow up calls to see if we were happy with our purchase something no other dealership has ever done. I recommend this dealership and give them a score of 100% on all fronts

I am a USAA customer and was referred to Horne Hyundai through USAA, even though I live in Tucson. I worked with James Santiago. One thing I noticed right away was how open he was about pricing and how honest he was. I am good with numbers and I like to see that the salesperson not only knows his stuff but is truthful with me as the customer. James got an A+ for both of those.
James also helped me find the car I was looking for without trying to upsell me and without trying to convince me to buy something else. I appreciated that. As a Realtor, I believe in not «selling» to people but rather helping them find what it is they are looking for. It was nice to see that Horne Hyundai has the same philosophy.
James was extremely communicative and even drove the car down to Tucson for me. I know they don’t usually do that, but going the extra mile (or miles in this case) sealed the deal for me and left a very positive impression in my mind about the whole transaction. Because I had such a positive experience, I will go back to see James in the future when I am in the market for another vehicle. It is nice to know there is someone out there selling cars in a trustworthy and fair manner. To me, it is worth the drive to deal with people who I know will treat me well.

Go to a different dealer. Have had the car for 1 year now, and can say this has been the worst experience with buying and maintaining a new car. Firstly, typical annoying sales tactics. But where we really got hosed was in finance. Carl explained this amazing extra warranty, which he said would even include «if you were to accidentally pour diesel into the car, it would cover fixing the fuel system.» It was almost $ 600, but sounded too amazing to pass up. I called weeks later to see if something was covered, and found out it would only cover things that go bad in the car that the OEM warranty doesn’t cover — Like windshield wipers, or tail light bulbs that burn-​out. THANSK CARL — We only got about ²⁄₃ of our money back. Then recently I was renewing registration. So, decided to see how much it was for last year vs. what they charged us. They overcharged us $ 74 for that too. I called to ask for that back, and got the run around. Someone is «looking into it…» Lastly, we had an issue with the HomeLink system and took it to the service department. They told me the system was fine, and to «pull the car closer to the opener to program it» So, I called HomeLink directly and they looked up my car and told me the «newer» codes weren’t installed to work with my newer opener. HomeLink sent me a kit to translate the codes, and told me that every dealer knows about this. Evidently not Horne Hyundai. I recommend buying a Hyundai somewhere else.

Bought our 2015 Sonata a few months ago… love the car and love the deal we received! The sales people were very patient, friendly, and not pushy at all. I usually dread buying a car, but they were awesome to deal with.

This was the best experience i have ever had getting a car. Hal online gave me information prior to my visit. I had a trade in and the negotiations were fair. I did my homework and was well prepared. However they were great at explaining and getting me into the right car at the right price. First time i have left a dealership without a knot in my stomach. I will be back.

Very nice people there! I read some of the reviews but some customers gave bad reviews because they couldn’t see the TV! Or they didn’t have a remote to change the channel! Really people! I thought everyone I in countered was great. I will be buying again from Horne Hyundai.

I just bought a 2015 Sonata here. Worked with James S through internet sales. Had worked with another dealer but could not make a deal work there for a variety of reasons and dealing with James was a pleasure. Got a good deal and since the dealership is quite small you really do feel like it is a family you are working with.
One unique thing about this dealership is the lack of additional dealer installed options on each car. All most cars have installed is tint. Other dealers have $ 800 wax jobs and $ 300 security systems that you have to go through and fight to remove from the sale. It what alternate universe would I spend $ 800 on a wax job, give me a little respect and treat me like a human being who wants a fair deal.
Buying a car is stressful enough and we only do it every few years and dealers sell cars every day. They are better sellers than we are buyers and at Horne I did not feel like every step of the way they were manipulating and wearing me down at every turn.
For me it was quite a drive but well worth it. Thanks James.

The staff was respectful, friendly and attentive to my needs. No other dealer wanted my business in the valley. Or even called me back. This facility was different. Tyler worked hard as well as finance to earn my business. I left w/​a new 2014 Elantra and happy that I went their.

Bought 2014 Sonata in May. Had to get car transferred from Peoria dealer. All was ok until my temp plates were close to expiring. Called 2 weeks b4 expiring as instructed by dealership. We were told that the paperwork is at DMV & they are slow after snowbird season so it takes a while. Now it’s 3 says b4 it’s due. Called back & found out that paperwork was never sent from Peoria outlet. Lied to & pissed about it, they try to defend saying we are lying. They told my wife to not get testy. Now I have to go to dealership to pick up another temp plate. We understand things happen but the false info is inexcusable. If they were honest 2 weeks ago we would’ve been fine with it. But lying & defending it are ridiculous.

WORST DEALERSHIP IN ARIZONA –AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE! The service department is dishonest and rips people off these people should be put out of business… do not go here take your business else where… don’t say you were not warned… John and Brent are to blame for much of this dealerships problems and should be fired post haste!

Customer service is top notch. From sales to service, the employees are super friendly. We have bought four cars from them over the past two and a half years and will never go anywhere else!

Ive bought 3 vehicles from this dealership, absolutely hands down the most professional, friendly, dealership to date. Great sales staff as well as management team.

I went to this dealership on a Sunday afternoon in order to buy a new Hyundai. I saw only one customer on the entire lot when I arrived. As soon as I tried to enter the building, a sales person, Chris, came out and talked to me in a very hostile way. He had an attitude like customers are his personal enemies — I was wondering how these guys can stay in business, maybe the whole thing is a tax write off ?
I turned around and walked away after less than 3 minutes without even looking at one of their cars. This was by far the worst car buying experience I ever had.

I hate car dealers. Except Horne Hyundai! This is my best experience with a car dealer ever. Joe, the sales manager. Great. My salesperson, John, simply the best.

I must say I was beyond pleasantly surprised with the superior service we were provided at this dealership! My husband and I knew what we wanted, and new what we wanted to spend when we arrived at the dealership. We met with our sales associate, Brent Beck, who was more than available to service our needs. We were in the market for two new cars and they had one on the lot that was just perfect, the 2012 Hyundai Elantra Limited. We were just needing to finalize the other car, the 2012 Tucson but we could not find the right color choice on their lot. Brent went above and beyond for us as he searched the state and found the perfect Tucson with the right color choice and within our budget. Within the hour the car was delivered to us. Brent’s service was so smooth and we felt relieved and worry free as we traded in an old car, purchased two new ones, and got more that what we expected and actually paid less than we anticipated! HIGHLY recommend this dealership and Brent Beck!

My wife and I have visited this dealership twice in recent months. Both times I came away wondering how they stay in business. The sales manager there has a real attitude, one that we found quite offensive. I cannot speak to their service or the way they conduct business, only that we didn’t get a positive feeling from this dealership.
