I would never recommend this place to anyone they claim they are a metro pcs authorized dealer and yet they do not go by metros policy. With metros policy you have 7 days or 60 minutes of usage to return a phone but they do not do that it was the same day and I’ve never used it once and they will not reform or exchange it I do not want this phone the ignorant sales person convinced someone that it wad what I wanted and it wasn’t just trying to make a buck I guess and to top it ox they charge 50 more than any other authorize dealer or the metro main store do not but your phone here. It is nothing but problems. If 0 starts was an option that’s what they would have recieved.

I would never go here again. Bought a MetroPCS phone here. The official Metro policy is that you have 7 days or 60 minutes to return your phone if you are unsatisfied. I chose a phone and wanted to transfer my account over to it. The man behind the counter rang me up and before I could say anything, opens the package. WTF. Its my phone, I want to open it! THEN he proceeds to plug in my battery and turn on the phone. I told him I would like to activate it at home(BTW, as a Metro customer, you can do that) and he says something inaudible and suddenly dials up customer service! He spent a total of 15 minutes using MYPHONE, speaking in a strong African/Jamaican accent, repeating the same things over and over again because the operator can’t understand him, and thus takes those minutes away from the 60 that I have to test drive the phone. I’m like, «WTF?!» And yes, if you buy a new Metro phone here, you can take it home by yourself, in the original packaging, shrink wrapped and all, and activate your phone from home. Instead, this place will simply add a $ 25 activation«fee» so they can open your package and program your phone for you… NOTNECESSARY and can be done very easily for free at home… there is a reason why MetroPCS charges no activation fees; because there are NONE.

CAUTION, CAUTION, CAUTION! these people will rip you off, it happened to me. if you are with Metro pcs DONOT buy a phone here. they will charge you a $ 25 «activation» fee just because you bought a new phone. if you decide to buy a new metro phone, make sure and ask whether the store you are at charges an activation fee. if they do, take your business some place else because its unnecessary to pay that fee.
