me: Hi, were in antioch, for now only need once a month maintenance on our front yard, once in a while maybe the backyard., what is your monthly rate?
him: Monthly rate $ 499/​month
me: is that right? $ 499 or $ 49?
him: We don’t see your yard how we know how much???
how about telling me what the typical range is and that you would be glad to give me a quote after seeing my yard? no need to be a smart ass specially to a potential client.

Khang and his crew just redid our front and back yards and we are ecstatic with the results and have already had so many compliments from our neighbors! Khang listened to what we wanted but also helped guide us and gave us great suggestions as to what would look good and work well. We had issues with our sprinkler system that ended up taking more time than expected but he did the work to ensure our new plants would thrive. I would use Khang and his team again and definitely recommend his company!

I hired Khang Le 9÷13÷14 for my retaining wall replacement. I got a lot of estimates. I chose him. I’m glad that I did .He was on time and ready to work. The work was done in a timely manner. Very impressed with his work ethics. his professionalism is second to none. He’s a quality contractor. Who installed a retaining wall on my property line. Khang Le works hard. Khang remodeled our back and side yard. The retaining wall resurfaced with stacked stones look amazing. He designed and built a large flagstone platform. The platform turned out beautiful. He takes pride in in his work and his craftsmanship is masterful.

Mr. Le is a very hard working and reliable man. After buying a new home, the only thing I had in my backyard was a patio and lots and lots of dirt. I gave Khang a very rough idea of what I wanted and he really made it come to life, improving on my ideas and making suggestions that have been great. He found that the sprinkler system installed by the builder was inadequate for the amount of lawn that I wanted so he re-​designed and installed a bigger and better system. He helped me in choosing plants as all that I knew I wanted was flowering bushes with certain colors. He told me which ones were good ideas and which ones wouldn’t work due to the amount of sun my yard gets. He also did cement work in the front and side yard, which looks great. Im very impressed with Mr. Le. He communicates every step of the way, which I appreciate. We are half way through and I’m excited to see the finished project.
