RENTERANDBUYERBEWARE! WEWERETOLDTHISPLACEHASBLACKMOLD! Other than that, it is a very nice and quiet place. You get disturbances once in a while like car break-ins, fights, broken bottles, theives, police, parties, gun shots, fireworks, however the dry creek(literally) helps you bird watch especially if you enjoy the lovely aroma of thick Marijuana smoke that blankets the whole complex especially(for some reason) the children’s play structure. if you like the show«To catch a predetor» then I highly suggest taking a nice stroll in the back parking lot. The gym is a wonderful place to get healthy with many machines to use, unless you go at nights and accidentally cross eyes with someone! the sauna is ALWAYS locked because people have no respect and are completely detached from humanity and act like a raging pack of hyenas! The parking lot is very nice and clean, and the parking spaces are geometrically perfect, unless you want to park in them! Allll of the tenants use«visitor» spaces so your friends and family will have a very beautiful and exciting walk from across the street, and will enjoy people driving a 100 mph on Walerga and will have to dodge cars just trying to visit you! I would definitely recommend this place. The reason why it shows one star is because I already in my mind gave it six stars, however the other five stars don’t show up!
