My experience was good.
I went here yesterday – very reluctantly – because they only had one review and it was a pretty bad one. But I was very close so I decided to take a chance and try them.
They were SUPER busy. I watched them like a hawk. And I gave them some crap to see how they’d react.
I have to say, they were very professional, efficient, and super fast. They had me in & out in about 10 minutes. I’d go as far as to say these guys had military like precision. They weren’t very friendly… just all about business and getting the job done. They told me this is a corporate store, not a franchise.
I’d go back again.

Brought my truck into another place to have the oil changed and to check the issues I had after bringing it to Valvoline and come to find out they put the air filter in wrong! How can someone do that? That’s almost as easy as putting gas or washer fluid in. When I asked Valvoline what was wrong with my truck, they said it was running fine and nothing was wrong with it. Just surprised that they put it in wrong and didn’t catch it and disgusted they wouldn’t do anything to fix it! Again, stay far far away from this place!
