Had a great stay here recently.
Cozy room design with wonderful lighting (I’m no electrician but I think it’s called recessed lighting?). I love how the TV can swivel to the bedroom area OR the couch/​desk area. I might be an oddball, but I like when the sink/​mirror area is outside the bathroom, and that was the case with this room. The whole hotel felt very clean.
Walkable to a drugstore and a couple of restaurants, which was a plus for me! Would definitely stay here again!

This SpringHill location is certainly becoming one of my favorite hotels when traveling to Annapolis. It is located within a small business park corridor off of the main road and across the street from the Residence Inn. Plenty of parking around the property, and I felt very safe in parking my luxury car here.
No complaints whatsoever on the room. All SpringHill Suites properties have that distinctive nouveau sort of design to it, and this property is no exception. The gym and pool areas were sufficient, and the lobby area was large enough to host a local children’s art festival event that easily had 60 – 70 people within the room. The breakfast was quite good with at least 4 – 5 hot items to choose from.
If I had one complaint, it was that there was a large party of middle school children that was up at all hours of the night during my last night’s stay. I had to call downstairs twice to the front desk to indicate that there was too much noise at 12:30 and 1:30 AM. While the front desk agent was very professional, he seemed to be limited in what he could do. I had an early morning departure at 5AM and never was able to get any sleep due to the children running up and down the halls screaming, even with chaperones camped outside in the hallways. This was probably my only negative viewpoint of my stay here. Nonetheless, I’m willing to give it another try.

Stayed in #225, the bed is horrible. It feels as though the springs are coming threw and there’s dips in the mattress. It was nit a good nights rest. Breakfast was good.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. We were here for about a week, made a reservation for 2 days then decided to stay here for our entire trip. The surrounding area is nice and clean with shopping centers and restaurants close by (less than a few miles away). The rooms were clean and the staff was amazing. Free breakfast with healthy options was nice and the office space with computers was great because I was able to print out some stuff for work. The staff was very kind and professional. On the third day of our stat, at around 9 o clock at night, walking back into the hotel my 2 year old son wanted a banana. We looked in the market section by the front desk but they had no fruit. My son then asked the employee at the front desk if he had a banana. The employee said «let me see what I can do.» He went to the back and returned with a banana for my son. He was extremely happy, and so were we! Please recognize your front desk staff, all of them are amazing!

Spring hill has been great. The included breakfast is my favorite part to date. Blueberry and refusal pancake batter to make your own. Eggs and sausage. 6 or 8 types of cereal. Oatmeal with half a dozen toppings. 6 or 8 types of bread, bagels, and pastries. Apple and Orange juice. 4 kinds of coffee. For the relatively inexpensive price tag on this hotel, the breakfast buffet is pretty stellar.
The hotel is located near any amenity you could want. There’s a nice liquor store and a Whole Foods around the corner. Downtown is less than 15 minutes away.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. There isn’t the polish of a higher end hotel but you shouldn’t expect that here anyway.
Rooms are perfect. Nothing special but spacious and totally adequate. I like the second sink setup outside the bathroom.
The bed is very comfortable. No signs of dirt or any gross hotel filth anywhere. Bathroom is pretty huge and the showers are great!
Definitely put this hotel at the top of your list if you’re staying around Annapolis.

Stayed here with a group of 10 extended family members for 3 nights. The staff truly went above and beyond to make this stay comfortable. They are very knowledgeable and aim to please. The lady at the front desk went as far as to let us borrow a picture frame for a ceremony we were attending. The location is perfect to do many things in the area.

Hotel is very nice and I LOVE the vegetable sausages! I stayed 2 nights and was watching NBC do expose on hotels dirty little … I marked a glass tumbler with a micro dot of toothpaste on bottom of glass… Surely they replace glass items which are clearly used? I drank red wine so residue was obvious. Much to my disappointment the glass with dab of tp was presented and placed as clean. Not sure how room side cleaning was performed? Toothpaste dab was still present so… No dig on this particular hotel but overall chain for this. Just provide disposable cups please?

When I made my reservation,
I was told that my handicapped room was equipped with a pull-​down seat in the roll-​in shower. WRONG! There was only a tub. The desk clerk had to go to the supply closet and find me a STEP STOOL to put in the tub! They misrepresented the features of the room.

Beautiful, near to rt. 50 and affordable. Free breakfast and parking. The room is spacious and there’s a lounge area + mini kitchen. There’s a small market in the entry foyer. We loved this place.

Nice clean large room with sitting area, fridge, microwave, and two sinks (one bathroom oriented and one «bar» oriented). Beds are not very firm and in fact sagged a bit in the middle, but were comfortable. Pool is tiny… that’s definitely meant for kids. FREE hot breakfast was a nice perk and included eggs, sausage, breads, cereals, fruit, coffee, and more… and was tasty — not some bland stuff to just fill someone up. Only issue I had was that you could hear the children in the room above me running around. In a hotel, I expect not to have to hear other guests through the walls/​ceiling.
I would stay here again if the price was right and hope that my neighbors weren’t loud.

We went here for a quick anniversary get-​a-​way for our anniversary b/​c of a groupon or living social deal. The staff was pleasant, the room was nice (we upgraded to the one with the jacuzzi for only $ 20 which made the trip worth it.) The only thing was the t.v. was small for a t.v. that was supposed to be seen in both the living area and the bedroom. Microwave and refrigerator in our room was also a plus. The breakfast was inclusive and tasty. If I need another quick getaway I’d definitely come back!

Excellent service by the staff! The place was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I was especially glad to have a real pillow instead of those weird puffy pillows that seem to be a trend now. The bed and pillow ensured a great night’s sleep and the breakfast provided in the morning made for a great start. Easy convenient location off the highway. It was about 12 minutes from downtown Annapolis which made it a great choice price wise. There are also some great restaurants in the area in case you dont feel like going to far for a quick bite.

I had a wonderful two-​night stay with my family at the SpringHill Suites during the Labor Day weekend. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and cooperative. We were able to check in 3 hours early and check out 2 hours late. They offer a very nice complimentary breakfast buffet until around 10 AM everyday as well as complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day. They also gave us a $ 14 credit towards any snacks/​drinks they had available for sale AND a free movie of our choice! Parking and Wifi is also FREE.
I would say you need a car to get to downtown Annapolis, which is a very short drive away. One last perk: they give out free lollipops in the hotel lobby (yes, I’m still a kid at heart!).
To top it all off, when I realized that I had left my camera battery and its charger plugged in one of the outlets in our room, I called them and they couldn’t have been more cooperative about it. Not only were they friendly with me over the phone after I asked them to look for it, but they found it and mailed it out to me within 2 days.
I wish all my experiences at hotels would be as positive as this one!

We stayed here for one night, and really enjoyed so much about the hotel. First, it is new-​ish and you can tell they work hard at maintaining the property. Our king jacuzzi suite was spacious and quiet despite what looked like a full hotel.
My husband travels a lot for business and declared the breakfast here as the best he’d had at a hotel. They have a huge variety of items, and included thoughtful touches such as walnuts, raisins and whipped cream for toppings on the waffles. Six choices of cereal, eggs, sausage, bagels, danish, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt and more.
The staff was very gracious when they found out we were celebrating an anniversary, and made the trip memorable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This is probably one of the better, reasonably priced hotels in Annapolis. Typical SpringHill suites… Comfortable 2 rooms where the flat screen tv flips around to face the sitting area or the bed area. Little bar area with microwave and small fridge. Rooms are clean, windows open a little, breakfast buffet, friendly staff, nice hotel parking lot which is well lit at night… I stay here each visit to the area and I am always pleased. It is not luxurious but it is not the Ritz either. But it all works well for a nice stay. I like that it is close to shopping and lots of restaurant choices. (too far to walk to tho).

I’m staying at the SpringHill Suites in Annapolis while in town for training.
The hotel rooms are very clean and the rooms are well appointed. The Internet works fairly well, although it is giving me problems accessing my company’s VPN. The complimentary breakfast is actually pretty good and their coffee is good. For the hotel along it’s a 4-​star place.
However, there are a couple of items that have really been annoying me all week.
First, the room layout was obviously over thought leaving far too much wasted and unusable space. The layout just doesn’t leave enough room to effectively utilizing the living room and desk area. Every time I roll the chair back from the desk I’m slamming into the chair. Had they skipped the stupid angled walls on the entries and bathroom they could’ve flipped the kitchen and really opened up the office. Instead they left plenty of usable space in the hallway.
Second, and even more annoying, they put the thermostat directly above the TV. Why is that a problem you ask? Well the TV puts off plenty of heat and the result of that is even though it’s colder than a witches titty outside the A/​C keeps coming on because the heat off the TV is making the T-​stat think it’s hotter in here than it really is. So now I get to decide, watch TV or be warm.
That’s costing them a point.

Once again a really great stay!
Been back twice last year! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great… especially if you are there for some quality Maryland Crabs! (Mikes crab house is literally a hop skip and a jump away!!)
Pst… We have also tried out the Spring hills by the water and the one in Hanover… and we have come RIGHT BACK to this one! :)
Have recommended this hotel to friends and they enjoyed themselves as well.
Will probably be returning this year again!
