Johnny was wonderful. He not only made sure that I got what I wanted, but was also very cognizant to keep it within my budget. He ended up driving 60 miles to get the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted. I am elated as a new Lexus owner and with the service that was provided.

Do not take your car here! Find a local shop that will work on your car instead. Severn, Cheney… The dealership may look pretty and you get free car washes which is nice, but service costs are outrageous! Absolutely outrageous. I cannot believe how much they charged my mother for a light bulb change — just over THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS. Yes, $ 300. Do not go here!

Very disappointing experience here. The salespeople I interacted with were less than helpful and I ended up going to another nearby dealership as a result. I would not recommend them from a customer service perspective.

Three weeks ago the dealership replaced the battery to the key of my 2007 Lexus. Yesterday the key case disintegrated, forcing me to drive all the way back to the dealer. They charged me an additional $ 100 to replace the key, explaining that my original plastic key case must have had hairline cracks that caused it to fail. It would have been nice if, on my first trip, they had warned me of this possibility. As it is now, I feel ripped off and not friendly to their service dept. I would have expressed myself to the manager, however, he had just left for lunch, and no one else stepped up to the plate.

Terrible shop very cheap and ghetto. They make you pay for everything. The food and coffee. Jiffy lube gives you free coffee. Oil change is high for any Lexus dealer. I will never go back. Asked me if i wanted a car wash then charged me for it and it was raining that day my LORD.

Normally I don’t write reviews, so when I do: pay attention.
If you have a Lexus, care about it and need it serviced properly, make sure you come here and ask for CHRIS THOMAS. He’s the sole reason I get my car serviced at the dealership.

I can’t believe I returned to this dealership after my previous bad experience. Because of limited time and the close distance of this Lexus dealership to my office, I returned. What’s the saying?, Fool me once… the gist is that I went for a pricey 30K mile check that was «routine maintenance». Fine. I paid the $ 500+++ bill and assumed I could trust them to do all the required 30K maintenance. Well, lets hope but I don’t think they did. Two days after the maintenance check and my windshield wiper fluid indicator light came on saying low fluid. If they couldn’t do something as simple as topping off .50 cents of wiper fluid, who knows what else they neglected.
I won’t bother to call them to report the issue because I know from experience that I’ll just get a lot of double speak and attitude.

This is a five star, top notch dealership. First class all the way. Excellent customer service, elite café, spacious and nice waiting area. From looking around, to test drives to putting a deal together, the customer is always first. We have been happy coming here. We highly recommend.

Johnny Salinas my hat goes off to you! Customer Service is what stands behind this remarkable place. From the greeter at the door to the young lady that makes coffee for their customers. By far the best dealership I have ever been to. I await with anticipation the final outcome.

Trying to communicate with The service department at Sheehey Lexus of Annapolis is a time consuming headache. If you speak with 4 different staff persons at Sheehey, you’ll get 4 different stories. Even uncomplicated, regularly scheduled maintenance service visits are a hassle. No one knows what anyone else is doing and half of what you need done, is overlooked.
Making a simple service appointment takes forever and the people who schedule the appointments are unable to answer the simplest of questions such as what is the cost for the 20K maintenance service? What services are done on the 20K maintenance check? I had to call twice and speak with 4 different people before getting an answer to what is included in the 20K check. I called twice because I never received the return call I was promised after my first call (I gave them 3 full days to call me back)
After my car was serviced a man went over everything with me on my sedan. The problem is that I have a SUV. I was charged for regular oil on my last check but my vehicle requires SYNTHETIC! The service man said he’s «pretty sure» they did use synthetic and that I am lucky to be charged for the lesser costing regular oil!
Oil in a car is like blood in our veins, get it right!
I think the entire staff of Sheehey of Annapolis could benefit from proper customer service training. They are selling The Lexus brand, not YUGO. When you buy a luxury vehicle for $ 60K, you expect a modicum of respect and service without a side order of sarcasm.
There are at least 5 Lexus dealerships in The MD, VA area. We won’t be returning to Sheehey of Annapolis for sales or service in the future.

Joe Pecoash and his manager are the two people you need to avoid.
The story began when my IS250 check engine light came on five months ago. I did not pay attention to the Lexus Special Recall through the mail 12 months ago for my car for having carbon built up that triggers the loss of power problem.
So I changed the spark plugs myself thinking it was a simple spark plug issue after 110k. But the light came back within a couple of days.
So I researched online and got a hint that I might need to take it to the dealership to run a diagnostic test on the computer in order to submit to Lexus for warranty repair. At that time, I did not learn of the special Lexus program code for my car, so at Lexus Annopolis, the dealership gave me hell. They knew what it was about but did not tell me. They extracted $ 180 diagnostic fee on the spot where I thought they told me over the phone that there was no fee. Long and behold, they proceeded to extort another $ 1000 for replacing the spark plugs just because I put in the after market plugs meself. I was furious about their practice and called Lexus to intervene. It took 4 hours back and forth for me to argue that they broke their promise to run the diagnostic computer test for the $ 180 fee because they did not do anything but to grind on my new spark plugs. At the end, I won through Lexus’s intervention on disgorging the $ 180 fees for nothing, and they gave me back the car and kicked me out.
I thought my luck ran out about getting any chance to fix my car under warranty. But a couple of weeks later while contemplating the future of my car and browsing the web with the key words «IS250 Carbon», I accidentally clicked on the «Images» option on Google. There, someone posted the Lexus recall letter with the special program code «ZLA» for my car. Thank God, that gave me hope again.
I called Lexus and got a little break when they search another computer system to dig out the detail for the «ZLA» program and confirmed that I was qualified for the $ 5000 engine repair.
So I took it to Lexus of Silver Spring. Needless to say, it was the exact opposite experience as I got from Lexus of Annapolis — no fees, no $ 1000 spark plugs.
Granted, information was the key difference this time, but at least I felt that CJ Radfar made up the other half of the success for me there. He was nice, patient and knowledgable.
So why it took me 3 months to write this review? Well, Joe Pecosh, my car has been running fine and you deserve a big negative and I did not forget you, that is why.

For a Lexus dealer, I’ve been in much better showrooms than the one here. But alas, I came in today for service on my RX450h and not to buy a car. As you would expect from a Lexus service department, the staff was professional and provided timely feedback as I waited for my car. I could have gotten a free loaner instead, but I knew it was going to be fast. I like that they wash my car and vacuum inside at no additional cost. In fact, part of being a Lexus owner, I could come in for a free car wash at any time. The waiting room was small, comfortable and adequate. Plenty of TV screens with free Wi-​Fi and free coffee. As long as I live in this area, I will come back for future service.

I prefer coming to the dealership for service. I appreciate the fact that I can come in the same day.
When I arrived I had to wait a bit for someone to help me.
The service consultant I had was friendly and not pushy with recommendations.

Stay away from Jim Serone, if you can help it. I didn’t have a pleasant experience recently at Lexus of Annapolis. When I was talking numbers with several members of the sales team, I received contradicting information, which left a bad taste. The miscommunication amongst the team is damaging. I was given the wrong information on several occasions, only to end it with a patronizing lecture from Mr. Serone. I was able to later speak to a Doug King, who was a much better communicator. I will not be doing business with them.

I just leased a new RX350 from Shandrial Hudson on Memorial Day.
In the past, I would equate getting a new car with going to the Dentist but not this time. It was truly a pleasant business-​like experience. Shandrial is a professional and the entire team at Sheehy Lexus were attentive and obviously on the same page.
I would recommend Shandrial Hudson and Sheehy Lexus to friends, clients and associates without question. As a REALTOR, we talk about having a client for life. I saw that same approach here.

I recently just purchased a CT200h from Chris List. The transaction was smooth and painless as always. I got a fantastic price and was at the dealership less than 90 mins for all of the paperwork signing etc. I will add that this is not my first lexus from Sheehy, infact it is my third.
I cannot believe the negative reviews the service team has gotten. I have taken all of my cars to Sheehy for service and each time I am pleased with the quality of service. If your service is going to take to long, they will even provide you with a loner car or pick your car up from work etc. Oh and I get my free car wash at least weekly if not more! :)
One last thought on the negative reviews. How can you review a place based on service you received SEVEN years ago? I can tell you that I have brought and serviced three cars from Sheehy in the last 2 years and never a problem at all. Ignore the old reviews and visit Sheehy!

Our experience at Sheehy Lexus could not have been better. It’s hands down the most pleasant car buying experience that I have ever had. The sales people are friendly and not pushy at all. They are attentive, but you won’t feel like you’re in a shark tank as soon as you step onto the lot. No snobbery, no tough-​sell.
Our associate was Kelly List, who is friendly and very easy to deal with. Absolutely every amenity has been considered in this dealership and in the buying experience. Come to this dealership if you are looking for quality service, serenity, and a fair price.

So here what is good about this Lexus dealership
1. Sales people not pushy
2. customer service reps… nice
the bad and the ugly.
Their service reps told me that i needed about $ 2300 of repairs done… it turns out that is not true… i am pretty upset with this whole thing.
Don’t talk to me like my entire front end is going to fall off just to persuade me to do repairs when they arent needed. Be honest about it. say something like — you might need one soon NOT it is DANGEROUS to drive.
