There are simple things you can do to make the service department better. For starters don’t state that the service will take 1.5 hours and then have the service last 2.5+ hours. This is an insult to me as I’m wasting my time on a beautiful day. The second thing is to not try to update me on repairs. Especially when this update takes away from my car being serviced. If I came in to get a headlight replace, then please only replace my headlight. I have no time for BS. I won’t be back. Now if they would only finish up with my headlight so that I can leave…

I have a Nissan with a VIP service package on it! However, I can go to certain dealerships for servicing! Sheehy Infinity is the closes dealership to my home! This place is awesome! The staff is so friendly and efficient and the lounge where you wait for servicing is awesome! There are comfortable leather chairs with a very contemporary mod décor! There are 5 televisions with different options on every channel! Currently they have ESPN, Nick Jr., Food Network, Own and their own Sheehy advertisements as well! So there is something for everyone! There is a area where you can get beverages as well as baked goods and snacks!
I was super impressed with my servicing and the car wash that came along with it! I love this place! As long as I have this package, I will be coming to Sheehy Infinity!

BEWARE! When you lease a vehicle from Infiniti they charge an END OF LEASE charge — equal to your monthly payment. BUY AMERICAN!

I used to think this was a great shop. However, I now have worked with parties on the sales and service sides and my experiences have not been the best.
Sales: Because I rated this shop highly, I took my brother there for a new car. However, he wasn’t impressed with it. So, the following weekend, a car was in their inventory and I immediately called the sales rep (I forget her name) to request a same day appointment to look at the car. She put me on hold while she ran out to find the car and said we could meet. I shared with her that I could only get there by 3:00p. She replied, just call before you come and provided her personal cell phone. My brother and I hurried through our scheduled activities for that day to make the 3:00p meeting. I started calling the rep about 2:00p to let her know that we were on our way. She would never answer the phone (business nor cell). Sheehy transferred me to many other reps and the switchboard to the point that I felt like I was in a revolving door. After 45 minutes of driving toward Annapolis, she gives me a call to say that the car is sold, but she has another one. Long story short… she kept me on the hook (rushing all day) until she made a deal with someone else. If that deal failed, she would have us as back-​up. Common courtesy goes a long way. All she had to do was notify me that another customer was interested in the car. I could have understood first come first serve. No integrity… I lost a lot of respect for the sales department and will never purchase another car from them.
Service: While my car was under warranty, they did a pretty good job. However, I called today about a recall and the service rep needs customer service training. The first thing was no response to my concern about the recall letter. I explained that the recall letter referenced a different Infiniti model than I own. Annoyed, she asked for the last six of my VIN number. Whatever she looked up, she never shared it with me or eased my concern. She went on to say when would you like to come in; so I guess the model number in the letter was wrong. The second thing out of her mouth was, I don’t have a loaner car. Who said anything about needing a loaner? My intention was and still is to wait for my car as the recall letter states that it will only take 2 hours to fix. I let the service rep know that if more time was required due to the shop’s work schedule, then I would like to schedule another time. She wouldn’t answer. She replied by asking what time would I like to come in? I said the earlier the better. Rather than giving me options for early time slots, she just held the phone. After a little silence, she repeated herself again with an annoyed attitude. I provided the same answer. She replied, my earliest slot 7:00a is booked. I have 9:00a available. Gosh! I thought to myself, why couldn’t you offer that at first? I am headed there tomorrow, but with this telephone experience I am leery. I’ll update my post afterwards.

Wow, amazing how your opinion of a car dealership can go from good to poor after meeting a lousy General Sales manager. Watch out for Chris Prender! He’s sloppy and very rude.
I called twice and asked for assistance with returning a lease with 2 months remaining. Chris offered little assistance but assured me that he would be happy to consider a buy back. I hadn’t returned a lease before and I asked for assistance. He offered none and when I returned the car he simply said «you are contractually obligated to pay the lease in full». It would have been nice to know when I called him and asked for advice — twice. He claims lots of people give him a car to play with for 2 month on your dime. That is hard to believe.
Yes, I get how a lease works but was unclear if we could turn in the car early. After assurances from Chris (twice) I bought a new car (not from Sheehy). If Chris had been helpful when I asked twice, I would have waited two months to turn in the car.
Car sales are based on trust and reputation Chris. I leased two cars from Sheehy but because of you we will never be back and everyone I know will get a recommendation to stay away from your sales department.
A little bit of customer service and less of a snotty demeanor go a long way Chris.

Just picked up my car from Sheehy Infiniti– great experience! I was in and out each time within a few minutes. Gene, my service associate, was patient and knowledgeable– he called me with daily progress updates. All the other employees were friendly and helpful. They gave me a courtesy car for the duration of the service work. I will definitely be returning in the future!

Very nice while they are selling you a car, but that is the end. We decided to purchase a used vehicle, and had to wait over 2 hours to see anyone in financing (and we had already worked out financing)! When I test drove the car, it had a drivers side mat on the floor, but when I took the car, it was gone. They told me to «come back tomorrow» and they would give me the mat (said they could not find one «in the back»). Came back the next day and was told to wait (it took another hour). I called the sales person that had promised me the mat, and she had left the office while I was sitting there waiting for it! She asked me to «come back tomorrow» again! I asked her to mail it to me… but she said she couldn’t do that. «We’ll figure it out» was the last thing I heard from her and never received a return call.
To boot, the USB port in the armrest was broken, but no one told me about it (guess not a standard check before they sell a car. Fortunately it was still under warranty and the folks at Tyson’s Corner Infinity took good care of me.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership!

Marlene, service center lady that made my appointment was very pleasant and accommodating last minute. If it wasn’t for her explaining what they have available and giving me options I would not have come in.

Wow. Is all I can say in reference to this dealership. Went in to look at a 2008 Infiniti M35x. Im from Virginia and Annapolis is more than an hour away but I really wanted the car so I made sure it was there and went in for the test drive. Met Christian and everything went as expected during the test drive, now after the test drive is when the tom foolery began.
All of those ancient sales tactics began immediately. So I told them I had other engagements and that they should run the numbers and get back to me by Monday (it was Saturday when I went in for the test drive).
Well I didnt hear from Christian Monday morning so I emailed him for updates. He responded that they were working on it and would get back to me later. Later comes with no call so I called. I asked if there were any updates and was told by Christian that he would let the finance manager know that «I was STILL interested in the car and get back to me by, Tuesday. «HUH!
Well that sounded funny so on Tuesday I called Manassas Sheehy and told them that ANNAPOLIS sucked I had a pre-​approval and they were acting like they didnt want my business so I told them to get the car so we could make a deal. Needless to say I drove off the Manassas lot with my car within 24 hours.
While I was there the Finance Manager emailed that he couldn’t make a deal work with the Infiniti and maybe he could get me a Nissan. HAHAHA! You idiots I pulled the car from you and got a deal you couldn’t provide within your network. I told them that in this day and age online reviews can KILL a business, so hopefully they’ll be extinct soon.
I am a FAN of Sheehy just not ANNAPOLIS. If Infiniti knew how they make their brand look. Shady dealings with a fake reputable firm. INCREDIBLE! !!

Did not offer promotional pricing as advertised, marked up olay conditiom BMW by 7,000. Did not offer 120% KBBB trade in on a good conditioned SUV. Pure scam and misleading. Do not go threw these people.

Came in for an oil change and, while I was there test drove a couple vehicles. I was very impressed by the dealership, particularly by my sales associate, Christian T., who was extremely knowledgable and professional. He was able to describe the technical aspects of the cars and of the purchase process. He was great at making sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Additionally, he knew the cars on the lot and was able to give useful information about their characteristics (maintenance history, ownership, areas of interest, etc.). Working with him increased my confidence in the dealership and I will definitely return. I highly recommend Christian T. and Sheehy Infiniti to anyone who is interested in new or used cars.
