I would be a fan if they had arrived on time. Evidently an emergency had come up. But they were due at 0800 and got here at 1030 and I had to call them at 930 to see what was up. Not a good start. But the two guys that arrived went straight to work for an hour (then took a 30 minute lunch break which I thought was odd, but people gotta eat I guess). On their return they finished and cleaned up after themselves (although come on put the toilet seat down:)
New Payne Heating and AC system in place. Also, they had the best price in town for what I bought and I had at least 5 quotes. Would have been a fan (4 stars) if they had arrived on time. Will update in 6 – 12 months on the product.
