Refreshing, sums up my experience here. I had a busted pipe that caused a leak in the basement. My first reaction was to call Len the Plumber, Michael and Sons and Roto rooter. Len the Plumber unreliably canceled our appointment at the end of the day yesterday so they left me high and dry and were very rude about it. Michael and Sons and Roto Rooter did not take a direct bill to my insurance company and required me to pay for any work that they did on my own. Then, I would have to get reimbursed from the insurance company. I then started searching the web for a plumber that accepted direct bill since I had the insurance adjuster’s approval. Not knowing how expensive the work would end up being, I did not want to get stuck paying upfront. Thats when I found Paul, the owner from this company. From the beginning, Paul was extremely polite and quite easy to speak to. He said he would accomodate the direct bill to my insurance and would come out with Master plumbers the following morning(today). I really liked his professional and and very pleasant demeanor. The plumbers, Warren and Larry came out 10 minutes earlier than the appointment time and even called me when they ran into traffic just in case. The work was top-notch and they had the whole job under control effortlessly. Their supplies were high-tech and they were neat and clean. They worked quickly and were very nice. They were straight-forward about pricing and only made a small cut in the drywall to do the repair. I wish every service call could work as fantastic as this one did. They also do quite a bit of commericial work. If you call this company, you will be so glad that you did. Great people under a great owner. HIGHLYRECOMMENDED!
