My husband had a tire on his pickup puncture after hitting a log. He needed a new tire, the same Michelin he already had on the truck. NTB was the only one who had the tire and could mount it on the rim right away. They charged $ 300+ for one tire. My husband was in dire need to get it done and had no choice but to pay for the tire and walk out. We will NOT be returning to this establishment again. Now I know why there are hardly any cars there.

A simple oil change took 2 hours and 30 minutes. I made an appointment online to avoid the wait. I was told the oil change would be under and hour. The worst part is that I wasn’t even notified after the car was done.
After sitting in the waiting room for an hour and a half I walked over to best buy to kill time. After walking back I asked if the car was done. They guy told me, «ohhhh, yeah. It’s done.»
This place is a waste of time.

If I had written this review before I gave them 2 chances to make things right it would have been scathing and a 1 star. However today was a good day. New store manager jose and new sales manager richard made this right and honored a deal it took much arguing to get the old manger to agree too. They did the right thing and were pleant and helpful… so relieved. I am quick to critique a bad experience so I want to be also the person who honors a good thing. Thanks ntb annapolis for making sure I did not have to snap any necks today and lose my mojo! Other reviews here written before new managment btw.

What a horrible experience. I bought two new, v-​rated Sumitomos for my Mazda6 a month ago (mid-​April) and found this morning that I had a flat. I took the tire up to the shop to either have it repaired or replaced since I bought roadside. The man who works at the front desk, Bruce, apparently didn’t listen to me when I walked in and told him how I had the tire in my trunk (I drove my Dad’s car because I had issues with my spare). When we went outside, he was looking for a flat tire on my dad’s car so I had to tell him the same story again. The tech couldn’t find the exact location of the leak (not her fault probably). She said it must be a small hole and slow leak and said to come back if it went flat again. I told her and the guy at the desk that was insane because I work an hour away. What’s the point of driving home on a tire that’s just going to go flat? Even though I bought the warranty, they refused to give me a new tire. I said that wasn’t acceptable and asked what I can do to change that. They said to call corporate, but didn’t have the phone number (I had to look at the back of a service slip to find it) and to boot, they wouldn’t let me use their phone to call because they couldn’t have me ‘holding up the phone line.’ I had to sit in the car with my cell on the charger to call corporate (which is in reality really just a customer service number) only to be told that a manager would get back to me within 48 – 72 hours. The customer service rep was a nice guy and seemed understanding, but lacked suggestions as to what I should do in the meantime with no car. When I went back inside, good old Bruce informed me that they had decided to make an exception and that they replaced the tire under the warranty. He rung me up and told me I owed about $ 45. Confusing… isn’t that the point of the warranty? Apparently the warranty was valid once on the one tire, and therefore I had to buy a new warranty for my new tire. Two hours of this nonsense, I finally went home with what I told them I needed from the start. The service here is horrible and blatantly rude. Avoid this place like the plague!

AWFUL. The price they quoted was not the final price. The appointment I had for 1 tire to be put on took them about 2 hours to complete. They didn’t even take my car back until 59 minutes after my appointment time. VERY slow and not receptive.

Horribly unorganized and a bit surly, I went in for 3 consecutive days with scheduled appointments only to be asked to come back, turned away, or finally– to be left sitting there for 2 hours, and my car wasn’t even close to being looked at. And all I needed was a slow leak tire patch! When I explained my frustration to them, all I got was, «I’m sorry ma’am, I don’t know what to tell you.»
