The worst place in the world. The tires were crap. The service was unreal. Took way longer than stated with zero apology.

Even though they forgot to do my tire rotation the first time, when I came in again they were wonderful. They had a spot ready for me even though I was early, they took my car immediately and I was out in less than 30 minutes. The woman at the desk was very helpful and gave me a quote on new tires since I will need some soon and I am a first-​time buyer. EEEEEK! Not looking forward to that bill! All in all, I would rate them ok and would consider going back. They made an anoying mistake that inconvenienced me but they did a great job fixing it.

I really have a hard time giving a place that I shelled out major $$$$ for surprise auto repairs to a great rating, so keep that in perspective as you read my review.
My car needed all new tires like YESTERDAY and it’s a wonder at least one of my tires didn’t skid off my car during my crazy commute. I mean, it was ripped open for crying out loud. I knew that I was being super risky driving around in my car after I found out a day ago I needed to get my tire replaced, so I frantically made the drive over here around 4:30PM on Friday. Once they looked at my car, they reassured me that they would be able to take care of the replacements right then and there and check my alignment for free. I ended up having to get my car realigned as well… yayyyy! No.
So all of this has been a very Merry Christmas set of prezzies to my spoiled rotten car! However, I now have a guarantee for 50K miles for my tires and the feeling of relief for my safety. Now all I’m going to have to do is dodge these crazy drivers and I’ll be good to go!

Wow! How bad could it be? We were quoted 1044.00 for a job that was 675.00 done by one of the best mechanics in Annapolis. Firestone had the audacity to call my husband, after I had already informed them that I would be taking the car to Accurate. They were really not happy that I even chose to consider an alternative. They did not remove the tires to diagnose the problem… Stay away from this particular Firestone. We have used them before for our tires and they were great! For anything very complex I would search for other avenues.

Truly awesome experience. They took me right away, looked over my flat, replaced the tired and found my dealership did a bad oil change. They re did the oil change and was out the door in less than two hours! Truly great experience

Stopped in at 9am and they said the diagnostic check would be done by 11. 4pm and my car is still up with no tires on. Very frustrating, the crew appeared to be moving through molasses. The reception people were kind but if you can’t do a job on time then let your customers know.

It took them 1.5 hours to even bring my car in to change the oil; I waited 2 hours total. Don’t think I’ll be returning.

I’m really happy with my experiences with Firestone. I recently had a screw in my tire. I walked in with no appointment and they were able to work on my tire within 15 minutes. They took the screw out, and saved my tired. Luckily for me there wasn’t any damage to the tire. Firestone didn’t charge me anything for taking the screw out. They were extremely friendly and so nice to me, which was nice because I was upset about my tire. I was there for about an hour.
The first time I went there was a couple of years ago. I needed a new battery. It was a good experience too.

I was a frustrated customer who walked out happy — my frustration was not at the customer service I had received but at a product I did not feel lived up to its warranty. The staff there, while we disagreed on the reasoning for the issue, replaced it at their cost because they wanted to provide excellent customer service.
I appreciated all they did for me and think they were fair in their actions while still exceeding my expectations — I mean they got out a book, while completing the repair, to show me wear patterns because they wanted to take the time… I must also add this was during my lunch hour so I was in a hurry but their staff, especially Ramona, kept calm and always asked if I had time to do something before starting.
Top notch staff in my book and I will be going there for my next set of tires!

Excellent customer service! Needed a tire repaired and put back onto my car… went to four other places before trying Firestone and really wish I just picked this one first. Will definitely bring my car back for anything I need done in the future.

The most professional auto center I have been to ever. Ramona is an outstanding employee everytime I have been here she is always very helpful and honest when it comes to what needs to be fixed and how long it will take to work on your vehicle. Since I got an account with Firestone a few years ago, they charge me around 20 dollars for oil changes. So much cheaper than going to Jiffy Lube, which cost me 50 bucks and I know I won’t be hassled by Techs trying to upsell me on unnecessary things that don’t need to be fixed for a while. If Firestone does a check up, they will just tell you what they found and they won’t pressure you to get it fixed right away. Note: you should make an appointment to have any work done here, I am sure it makes it easier for them, plus they get a lot of walk-​in traffic. Weekends are very busy usually, but its ok they have a TV if you want to wait!

Fantastic customer service! Kind and helpful, I felt informed and safe on the road when I left as opposed to swindled and broke. They were very busy the day I came in and slightly short staffed, yet everyone acted calm, cool, friendly, and professional.
