Had my dishwasher installed today and I was really impressed with Richard who did the install. He was really well manner and made every effort not to damage or scratch my hard wood floor. Bought a Sub Zero refrigerator from Antonio Simpson in Annapolis store. Big purchase with not big expectations of service. But was so pleasantly surprised at the service I got from Antonio, who called back to tell me what was going to happen next, Patrick who came out to measure first and to make sure how to get it in my house and the people who installed it with such expertise, I could not believe it! I’m in sales and it is hard to impress me, but can’t wait to tell others what a pleasant experience it was to work with the store and the quality service I received. I will never go to one of those «discount» places again. Not a scratch or dent in the appliance or my house!
