Stopped in mid day on my lunch for a pedicure and was happy they could take me right away. Wide selection of polish colors, all of which were in good condition. Ryan performed my service and was very pleasant, gentle and efficient. I plan to return in the future. Very clean, pretty salon.

I love this place! The décor is beautiful and relaxing as classical pop music flows throughout the salon. Nikki, Owner-​Manager is the «Best». Her business/​service skills exceeds my expectations every time. She’s the most conscientious, customer focused and venue conscious person I’ve met. The salon is immaculate. She has an innate ability to manager the shop, interact congenially with staff, maintain a friendly demeanor with customers, while doing customers nails, toes, or brows professionally and beautifully! She is very accommodating and wants a win-​win every time. Her front desk staff is wonderful, welcoming every client with a friendly hello, «How may I help you» and assuring that service is within 5 – 10 minutes, as refreshments are offered.
Appointments are met as scheduled or there’s no more than a 5 –10 minute wait, if at all.
I highly recommend this salon. I’m sure you’ll enjoy the experience.

Beautiful place. I just don’t see how the pedicures are different. I went with my sister and I got a pedicure $ 2 more than her and the person doing hers was more thorough with her callus removal and cuticle cleaning. My gel polish on my hands peeled off in 6 days! Never had that before. Not for the price I paid. I was unable to return to show them. For that reason, I will not return and I don’t recommend this place.

I love this place but the amount of disorganization has become really frustrating. I make appointments all the time and i’m rarely taken in on time because my nail tech is always double booked. I made an appointment for my sister and I for 2 specific nail technicians a few days in advance and one of the nail technicians didn’t even show up to work until an hour later. When asked why the nail technician wasnt there the owner replied «she never comes in on time.» So why the heck did you give me an appt with her?! Nail technicians are sweet and thorough but I can’t deal with the poor management.

I got a pedicure and my twin girls got manicures. All three were wonderful. I highly recommend Bliss. Tips must be paid in cash.

I cannot say enough good things about Bliss. The décor was gorgeous and clean and so relaxing! Most importantly, John was meticulous, polite and so kind. I have found my new nail salon!

My new favorite place for a pedicure! The atmosphere is very relaxing-​it feels more like a spa than a nail salon, and it was no more expensive than the place I normally go. The service was great– nice massage and paraffin treatment. I will defintely be going again!

Had a set & confirmed appointment in which the nail tech Victoria grossly neglected & failed to honor the appointment/​service; flippantly disregarding me, and my time without warrant or legitimate justification.
Outrageous behavior like this should not be tolerated. Mgt. & its partners, would be wise to review at length, ethical business policies & practices, with techs as this definitely falls under gross negligence and discrimination. Take steps Mgt. because sadly, you’ve lost a client & your tech is taking liberties that can ruin your business and subsequently, the brand, with such a cavalier & juvenile attitude (and it costs!!!)
Blatant discrimination & bias was served today, & ignorance is (NOT) Bliss. Sorry Nikki, I wanted to & tried to support this business, however, I could not be silent on this; I went in to be pampered & left out feeling humiliated with my day now compromised, that’s UNACCEPTABLE! I simply wouldn’t have come, if she was unavailable, but she WAS, the appointment booked, then she decide to push/​flip me off-​inexcusably and unapologetically, with no regard as to the inconvenience caused. If i go out of my way to support new business, come correct. Time is not predicated on a techs desire, nor my time less valuable than anyone else’s regardless, of service opted. Grow up, do the work or don’t come in «boo!»

Gave Bliss Nails & Spa a try today and boy was I glad I did. I live in PA and come to Annapolis during sailing season and needed a place to get nails done while here. I get pink & whites and it is a challenge finding someone that can do it and do it well. Nikki was fabulous. The place is beautiful, clean, and the entire staff is friendly. This is my go to place in Annapolis!

Me and my mom wanted to get our feet done because we were out on them all day! We came across Bliss and this place is a treasure. I would recommend this place to anyone. From the service to of the receptionist to the nail tech. The guy I got was John. He is really nice and personable and gives awesome foot massages, I highly recommend him to anyone. This place is not a disappointment. My mom and I are very satisfied and will be coming back again!

Bliss Nails & Spa is unlike any nail salon you’ve been to. It’s unique look inside from the décor to the restroom was perfectly designed and thought out. Nikki’s is my nail technician, she did a phenomenal job on my Pink&White new set and pedicure, she was very careful and thorough, she’s an absolute perfectionist. If you want detailed work, she’s your girl! Bliss Nail & Spa staffs are very sweet and knowledgeable and creative when it come to Nails. The price is beyond reasonable and they offer really good options for colors. And every time they do nails they use brand new equipment that you can take home if you’d like, otherwise it a tossed. Definitely reserve in advance to get the time slot you are looking for. Nikki, thank you again!

Stopped in last minute with some friends and immediately liked the setup of this salon. There are alcoves with smaller groups of chairs for pedicures so if you’re there with friends it feels more intimate. My only complaint is that my friends started their pedicure & I sat waiting for almost 20 minutes but still finished at the same time. Felt like I was rushed or missed out on something. My polish lasted though and I was happy with the results. I would probably come back again.

The décor was awesome. Staff was pretty nice. Stationed were clean. However! I felt rushed during my pedicure and asked the receptionist and the nail tech could I let my feet soak for a little before they went to town. The nail tech did a good job at cleaning my feet and cuticles but the paint job was HORRIBLE!!! Very botched and rushed!
–now on to my manicure–
Again the tech did an awesome job at cleaning my nail beds. However!!! The gel polish was just ok. Some of my nails don’t look evenly painted. The tech didn’t say the mood polish was $ 3 extra but whatever. The polish looks thin as if something is stretching the material.
I finished at about 7:40pm just before closing. The receptionist appeared to struggle with closing customers out. They only accept cash tips but they have a atm within the shop that doesn’t have a surcharge so that worked. The tip was only because I was please with the manner in which he cleaned and cared for my nails. The décor is impressive but, what does that mean if the paint job you had when you walked in looks better than the one you walked out with?! If I wasn’t leaving for my trip tomorrow they would get an ear full!

After reading all the reviews for nail salons in the Annapolis area, I decided to try this one out. The outside of it is a little deceiving as it is in a strip mall and doesn’t look that nice but once you walk inside, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. I had an appointment but nobody asked about it when I walked in and I probably
had to wait about 15 – 20 minutes after my appointment time to get started. I got a gel manicure done and they did a great job. They took their time while still being friendly and conversational during the manicure. Everything was super clean which is important for a nail
salon and I was overall very pleased with the service. I’ll definitely come back and would like to try a pedicure next time. They have these cute little chairs for little girls to get a pedicure and I definitely want to bring my niece here next time she is in town!

I cannot remember the last time I negatively reviewed an establishment. My experience here warranted that I break my streak. I came in with my daughter for a pedicure. We were told it would be 15 minutes, and it was almost 40 before we were taken back. The actual pedicure experience seemed fine. The man was very nice to my little girl and to me, but when I got home, I saw that the quality of the service was really lacking.
My toes were covered in excess skin, cuticles, and calluses. The polish on my pinky toe wasn’t painted to the tip, so would’ve chipped very quickly.
I don’t have money to just throw away, so I came back and explained what happened to the receptionist. She was very nice. Then some woman pranced up to me in her heels and in a super condescending voice says «So what is it you don’t like about your pedicure?» I was like, I’m not making a special request here, and I don’t really appreciate the way you’re speaking to me. I would really just like my money back. It wasn’t an option. So I got brought back to a chair with cold water, where she roughly worked while calling over differently people to talk about me – looking up, snickering. So uncomfortable. So unnecessary.

The gentleman here who did a perfect job on my nails! He did such a good job I turned right around and got my eyebrows done and got a back massage! Worth every penny. I’ll be back

This place is a hidden gem, very peaceful and serene. I had an amazing manicure and pedicure for a good price. I had the zen pedicure which includes a hot towels and hot stone massage for my legs. I also had nice cup of hot green tea while I relaxed and read my book. I will definitely be back. I might have found a new «go to» place. If you go, I highly recommend Mary.
As a tip, you can only pay the tip in cash, but they conveniently have an ATM inside of the location next to the front desk.

I always go here or the one in Odenton!

I have been getting my nails done with these ladies for over a year now and it’s always a good experience. When you get pedicures they use all new files each time AND they line each pedi bowl with a liner. Super sanitary. I highly recommend!!!

I went to get my brows tinted and waxed, it was 10 minutes to close and the manager stated she would stay late to do a gel manicure. Why not?
My nails look great. It was kind of her to stay late to do them for me. I have an 8 month old, so they’ve been neglected. She was on her phone a lot, but I figured — beggars can’t be choosers, it’s after hours.
While doing my brows she made it a point to mention she did the brows at her previous location, and she lowered the price because they were so over priced. All fine and dandy. She took her time so I figured she was a perfectionist.
Shape of my brows at arrival were relatively thick, with some strays — my hair doesn’t grow much since I’ve been waxing for so long. She waxed them thin — and SHORT — she took the ends off… She also waxed too far in in the middle, so my right brow doesn’t start where it should. I’m beyond pissed. My brows don’t grow rapidly like they did when I was younger… This is going to take MONTHS to fix. Lesser issue, she used a lighter tint than I’m use to. I got home to wash my face, got close to the mirror and realized my brows are YELLOW. I have medium to dark brown hair… YELLOW? I tint my brows to avoid having to use a pencil… Now I certainly will have to, to cover the yellow color and avoid looking like a Simpson character.

I would follow Nikki to the ends of the earth, but fortunately she now provides her nail service at this beautiful new salon. I love the décor and the lighting is just right for a soothing atmosphere. I like how there are separate areas for pedicures so you don’t feel like you are in an assembly line.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This is definitely what Annapolis has been waiting for… upscale but reasonably priced.
