I went here yesterday and had a fantastic experience!
Originally, I was suppose to get my car fixed at Pep Boys down the street. My starter did not work and I had to replace my battery. I knew that and told the people at Pep Boys but they insisted that they cannot give me an estimate for the work without doing their 18.99 package so they can check my entire car. I waited FOREVER for them to give me an estimate that turn out to be $ 2000. They said I need to get a bunch of new parts and new wiper blades (I thought it was funny that they suggested that because I got it replaced LAST MONTH). Pep Boys wanted to rip me off !! NO WAY!!! Plus, they were so rude!!!
I took my car and drive to Annandale Citgo. My dad is a regular here and have told me good things about them. When I took my car here, they checked my car for FREE! I bought a new starter and battery and they installed it for me for HALF what Pep boys wanted. I gave them a list of the things Pep Boys told me was wrong with my car and they laughed at the list.
These people are honest! Local auto service are so much better than chains like Pep Boys who rip people off! GO HERE!

This place is a scam — 90% of the employee their are not even certified — they but their patches online. I came in with a Hyundai that has been sitting for a couple months and they told me that my rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced. that would cost me $ 400 — Taking it to another mechanic to have a 2^nd look — the 2^nd mechanic told me just to drive the car and everything will be fine — this place is a SCAM they are on NEW CHANNEL 5 for the corruption — BEWARE OF ANDY HE IS THE HEAD HONCHO

These guys helped me out a lot today, especially Jeff! They let me bring in brake pads to replace. They took me in at 4:30 on a Friday:) I had waited a little too late to replace the pads and the rotars were messed up too. They explained how they could cut into the rotars to help fix the situation and they did! :) Very happy they fixed my car for $ 141.

Don’t go to this Citgo location, they will cheat you and clean your bank account. Some stuff that doesn’t need to be fix and they recommend fixing it and charge you up the ying yang. They seem like nice and honest, but it all a poker face. I did my research online after they done repairing my car, and comes to find out some part they installed, I don’t need it and other parts all you need is to get it out and clean, but they replace it anyway (easy money) and overcharge you for the part and labor, which only take them 5 minutes to do and charge you 1 hour. WTF??? NEVER GOING TO THIS SHIT PLACE AGAIN!!!
