First time having my car serviced by Stadium Auto Service. The problem was diagnosed promptly. Marco was able to lower the price of my repair with a different part. I feel like the service I received was excellent and fair. I definitely will return and will recommend them to others

Excellent service every time. These professionals give honest diagnosis and fair prices. They also get it done right the first time. I have had ok experience with other mechanics in the area, but Stadium Auto always provides the best. Everyone I work with there is friendly, knowledgable, and scrupulous. There is no where else I would take any of my cars, and I often recommend them to friends. Keurig coffee, pop, snacks, and candy are not a reason to pick an auto service provider, but it doesn’t hurt!

Awesome auto service! I rushed in after work and was planning to have my tire checked as the TPM light came on for a few days. The people here were so sweet, efficient and professional! They explained me the way to fix the poked tire. Thank god there’s only one nail that I don’t need to replace it at all which makes me feel so relieved (I’m always panic about my car issue). And and they handled this super fast (all done within 20mins) and free of charge! Plus they even have snack station aside for you! Great experience and absolutely recommend this reliable place to my friends!

Excellent customer service! Brought my car in for an oil change after work, and they were able to accommodate my 430 arrival despite their usual service closing time of 5p. Scott and Eric were friendly and attentive while I waited, updating throughout and offering complimentary drinks, snacks and fresh fruit. Only downside is that they’re not open on weekends, but with such great service we’ll definitely be back!

After my 84 year old mother-​in-​law had her brakes/​rotors replaced on her vehicle recently at Stadium Auto, she continued to complain that her brake wear sensor was still illuminating after driving the vehicle.
I called Staudium Auto and explained the issue and they told me to bring the vehicle in at my convenience.
Long story, short… After Brian, the Tech, completely re-​inspected and ran a diagnostic on the vehicle, we determined that my M-​I-​L was confusing the start up warning/​test lights with the brake sensor light… so no problem after all.
Both Scott and Eric in the front office could not have been nicer and completely understanding and patient during this inspection. Brian, the Tech, was also truly concerned and did not just blow this off.
I have brought my vehicle here in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

These guys did a tremendous job. Had taken our car to another shop before bringing it to Stadium and the estimated price from the other shop was ridiculous. Not only that but the other shop said they wouldn’t have the car fixed for at least a week. Needless to say we called Stadium Auto the next morning and had our car towed from the other shop. Stadium not only fixed the car the same day, they did it for a fraction of the price of the other shop. It was totally worth the added expense of having to tow the car to them. Even all said and done with the added towing expenses we still came out ahead compared to our initial estimate. Wish we had taken it to Stadium in the first place. Definitely a very satisfied customer and will be back if our cars need service in the future!

I’ve been going here for two years, to recently find out that I’ve been ripped off.
I am a current student at UofM which means I am on a student budget and lack knowledge of cars. Therefore, I always trusted what they recommended I do.
Firstly, they overcharge to oil changes. Go anywhere else, its about $ 20 – 25 NOT $ 40…
Secondly, they told me I urgently needed my rear brakes changed which they quoted to be $ 350 (go anywhere else its cheaper). I asked them how long I have till I really need it changed, and they told me I need to get it changed ASAP and that I should bring it in soon. They even told me the inches my brake pads were (which they lied about) to make it sound even more urgent.
I recently went back to a family friends auto shop to find out that my all my brake pads are nearly new, and are FAR from needing change. I also found out that the quotes stadium auto gives are way overpriced.
I don’t doubt stadium autos technical skills to fix cars. However, they do overcharge, take advantage of students who don’t know enough about cars, and are dishonest.
If you have a big wallet, go ahead. If youre on a budget, avoid this place.

I called this shop because I just needed a second opinion on a (misdiagnosed) alternator problem, and I’m so glad I did. My check engine light was on and power seemed to to be surging making my lights go dim at times, and also not allowing me to accelerate as well. When I brought in my little 1996 Honda Civic, they had lots of Mercedes and BMW’s parked for service, so I felt a little out of place, but they made me feel very welcome. They ran extensive tests to diagnose the issue as an electrical one, repairing it for a couple hundred dollars less than the alternator I was quoted from a less than reputable mechanic. They also completely inspected my car, giving me quotes on other repairs for future consideration, letting me know what would be the most important, which ones were most pressing, and which ones could take a backseat for now.
As a female driver with limited car knowledge, I often am intimidated by auto shops and their technicians, but not once did I feel pressured to spend more money or repair anything unnecessary.
The gentlemen I spoke with were respectful, professional, willing to answer any and all questions without making me feel stupid or out of my depth.
I will absolutely be returning for all my car maintenance and recommending them to friends.
Also, they have complementary coffee and snacks for those waiting, and they have a VERY clean shop.

Had great experiences before, this time took it in knowing it was the alternator. Had the belts replaced instead per there evaluation since it was worn and fluid had leaked on them. 5 minutes after picking it up dash lights came on like a tree and trans went into limp mode. Turned out to be the alternator after all… Had no problem paying for the alternator the first time. They do good quality work and do use the best parts but after this last experience, I’ll stick to doing it my self. I’m happy with they’re work and quality but not the process. Quite honestly all of these shops end up being the same thing, I was rooting for them too. :/

Went here based on a recommendation from a trusted auto body shop, Dealing with an issue with the airbag warning light on the dash and these folks were recommended as having the equipment and experience to diagnose and fix this kind of problem. Handled everything over the phone and dropped the car off at night. They were great at communicating with me and, I have to say, that when I went to pick up the car, I was pretty blown away by how buttoned up the whole operation is. Cleanest auto repair shop I have ever seen by a long shot. Extremely professional in appearance and it became clear that their stated philosophy of charging a fair (well below dealer cost) price for highly skilled service holds up. Very impressed.

The service here is amazing. I was having an emergency with my car, and called them at 7 am to see if there was anyway they could fit me in. Even though I was not a previous customer, they said sure bring it right in, without hesitation. From the second I walked in the door I felt taken care of. The entire staff was super friendly, smiling, genuine. After inspecting my car, it ended up being a problem with the tire. Seeing that my tires were under warranty with discount tire, they suggested I get this issue fixed with them for the best price and even called over there for me to make sure the tire was in stock! Since I was there they ended up doing an oil change and checked the brakes for me since it was needed. Final cost… $ 32. Now that is service! I will be bringing my car here from now on. I am so happy to have found a place that I can trust. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I have a 2009 jeep wrangler. I ran it out of oil on the expressway on a business trip down to Kentucky. Scott arranged for a rental car and helped me to get back on my way south as quickly and efficiently as possible. I was extremely happy with the service I received here. This service shop even ended up being 500 $ cheaper on the repairs than the dealer bask home. I would reccomend stadium motors to anyone with car troubles anytime. I will leave another review after I have driven and seen my rebuilt motor from them next week as well.

I brought my car here to have my rear axle replaced. After a week or so of driving, I can say that Stadium Auto Service did an excellent job. Andy was attentive, kind, and helpful, and worked with my insurance company to get the job done quickly. Also, the people here are honest and won’t try to pressure you to purchase unnecessary services. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely come again.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I would rate them a 0 but it doesn’t allow me too.

I brought my car in for a rattle noise towards the front. I took it here and Andy the manager told me that I need a new catalytic converter. $ 1,390.00 later had a new catalytic converter installed thinking this would take care of the problem. Nope, it didn’t! When I drove away, it had the same rattle! I went back and dropped it off again, Andy said they just needed to tighten it”. Went back the next day to pick it up, and yup you guessed it, it had the same RATTLE NOISE!!!
I called them and Andy says they think its a piece of Plastic is stuck between the motor and the transmission and in order to get to the piece out, they need to take out the transmission!!! WHAT, are you F-​ing KIDDING ME?! this place is a joke!
I believe being a woman they took clear advantage of me, knowing I know nothing about cars!
Now I still have the same problem. I spent $ 1,390.00 for a catalytic converter that I probably didn’t even need.
PLEASE STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I’m sure the 5 star ratings are probably coming from their family members! ALL BOGUS!
