We are remodeling specialists offering design services as well as building services. Finding and solving problems that other contarctors struggle with is our strength. We do basement wall replacements, structural repairs, egress windows, and energy audits which set us aside from other remodeling contractors who may only be comfortable with kitchens and baths. Our project sizes range from a few thousand dollars and have done projects over a million dollars although those are not common.

Established in 1995.

The business is a family run and operated business for over 17 years in the Ann Arbor area and now includes the next generation working in the business. Know for quality workmanship, friendly customer service, award winning historic renovations, and structural repairs. We tackle problems others can’t and do it in-​house.

Mike has a Masters Degree from the University of Michigan in engineering, has over 30 years of experience, and is a BPI certified building analyst. Mike works well with architects and brings many ideas to the table to solve design issues. Our employees are clean cut, non-​smokers, and are well liked by customers.
