Specialties

We serve 100% plant-based cuisine that is tasty and exciting. We are taking vegetarian food to a whole new level.

We serve unique and flavorful burgers, sandwiches, pizzas, soups, salads, noodles, and also fantastic dinner entrees for those who are looking for something little more than a sandwich in the evening.

History

Established in 2010.

Ananth (pron. un-unth) has been a vegetarian for much of his life. He has been less than pleased with what he found on the menus when dining out. Sure, he was aware of the vegetarian cuisine’s potential. He knew there is more to it than a bunch of boiled or grilled veggies tossed in a bowl.

He saw an opportunity — envisioned a restaurant — a place where vegetarians can indulge in a variety of flavorful plant-based creations, while meat lovers can enjoy the exciting side of plant-based cuisine like never before, without compromising on the nutritional values such as proteins. He wanted to offer a menu that would encapsulate flavors that all of us have come to enjoy for years — but only plant-based!

Then he met Chef Kevin. They’ve put together a menu that would do just that. Thus, Jazzy Veggie is born — a quick-casual eatery that would be sure to satisfy vegetarians and meat lovers alike.

Ananth P.

Business Owner

Ananth never owned a restaurant before. All he knows about restaurant business is that one has to take good care of the customer with good food and service, and everything else will just fall in place. Without good food and service, nothing else matters. He also believes that a restaurant has to stand for something unique that others do not typically offer, and take care of those customers whose needs are not adequately met today.
