Infiniti of Ann Arbor

I somewhat enjoy my Q50 but the people working the dealership are as slick as they come. Be prepared to ask to see the actual numbers they are using to lease and finance your car with. And be prepared for them to not want to show them. They love to run deals on Msrp but as anyone knows — you never pay Msrp for a car. Sean was your typical sakes/​finance type. All smiles and love but be wary — he’s pretty slick. I dealt with Russ, a lackluster sales person who was decent during lease dealings but dropped off the earth after. Haven’t heard from him in two years. Well if you expect me to return a call to ask how my car is performing is standard for «higher end» dealership — not this one apparently. Oh but they will hound your ass to fill out the Infiniti survey with all high marks. Make sure all your dealings are done before doing so.
Will I lease from them again? No. I just didn’t have a good experience… and when I went back to release a newer model the same experience the first time around started. They were supposed to work on a deal for a q70 and get back to me. That was 3 weeks ago. Thanks Russ, great follow up there my friend. ;)
I’m leasing, and recommend, a Mercedes. Same price range, better car, and the sales guy was genuine; showing every number being used. He even drive over and took my q50 back to the dealership for appraisal and left a c300 sport for me for the day. That’s service. At the end of the day an Infiniti is just a jazzed up Nissan. Seek better.

Don’t buy a car at this dealership they will steal your money and Sean is a horrible manager. They took $ 2000.00 from me to purchase a extra warranty and told me that I had to have it to purchase the car. They told me that it would refunded to my loan and I called severall times and got the run around

I have had my Infiniti vehicle for about a year now. I have had my car serviced here each time. Service has been great. They are very attentive and what a luxury dealership should be. Jeff also does a great job. He keeps you up to date and is pretty spot on with the details of your service or repair. I have owned Acuras and BMW’s and this place has given great service in comparison to others.

I’ve been going here for the last three years for all of my G35’s maintenance and service needs. The dealership overall (and especially one of the employees named Jeff Shuert in services/​parts) has been excellent. The people at the dealership are efficient, professional, and just kind.
I’ve worked with three dealerships now, a BMW and an Infiniti dealership when I lived in NY, and this one in Ann Arbor. I’d have to say that the Infiniti in Ann Arbor is definitely the best. I’ve had only good experiences here. I would recommend it to anyone.
I bought my car when I lived in New York, but I’m definitely coming here and recommending my friends to this place when it’s time to purchase a new car.

My experience of Infiniti of Ann Arbor was fantastic.
I came from being a customer (unfortunately) at Suburban of Ann Arbor, and let me tell you, I will never go back to settling for poor customer service after experiencing excellent customer service from Infiniti of A2. Everyone that works at Infiniti of A2 were great, from the front desk staff, to my salesman (Ross), to the GM, to the service department. You can really tell when a place goes the extra mile to make their customers feel comfortable, and Infiniti of A2 does.
What I liked most about my experience is that my salesman didn’t ever make me feel lkike he was trying to ring me of my money. They were so helpful in working out a payment which was acceptable for me, and even gave me more for my trade-​in that what I expected. I walked in just curious to see what they could do for me, I walked out with a brand new G37x.
I also had to get some car stereo equiptment taken out of my old car, and paid to put some tints on my new G, they set everything up without me even asking, and even gave me a free loaner.
Now, I understand that an Infiniti isn’t a Ford Focus, but the level of cusomter service that was shown at Infiniti of A2, I will never think of going anywhere else as long as Infiniti of A2 is still around. The car is great and so are the people at Infiniti of A2.

Wow what a run around. They had a great leasing special on their website so I called and inquired about specifics. I was transferred from the sales rep to a sales manager, and then even to the GM instead of answering my questions. They would not tell me specifics and just kept telling me to come in for a test drive. Over email I requested specifics and they finally provided:

Here is a price breakdown
24 month 20k per yr. with $ 3000 down plus up fronts (bank fee, 1^st
payment, tax, title, and plates.) $ 4335 plus plate is the total. This
is $ 389.89 per month. This is on a Premium Pakage G37x.»
THIS DOES NOT EVEN GIVE ME THE MSRP. I requested the MSRP and further information and they would not give it to me. No other dealership had a problem providing me with the information I requested. Here is the response I got from Infinity Ann Arbor:
«This isn’t something I feel comfortable giving out over an email. If
you would like to call me and discuss this items I can do this. I also
was told you had set an appointment with us at noon if you will be
coming in I can go over these things also»
Why would you not feel comfortable sending me your pricing? I called after this to tell him I did not like being passed around and their inabilty to provide me a pricing breakdown. His response was he did provide me a pricing breakdown, and that this is how they do business. Well this is not the way to do business.
