Just moved here and it is literally around the corner from my apartment — what a blessing! Just the best-tasting coffee I have had in years! Staff is great — I almost want to call them adorable! This is the best place in Andover for coffee of all kinds!

Good selection of flavored coffees(baked into the beans — not syrup shots) Friendly staff and owners that make you feel at home

Who the hell doesn’t take debit cards in 2016? Atleast post it on the door or something before the poor girl working had to make my entire multiple coffee order.

I really love the coffee here but the only thing that I think they should change is their prices!!! I paid 4.00-something for a medium ice because I asked for caramel in it. If they want loyal customers they need to take into consideration that dunks charges $ 2.66 for a medium including caramel. I truly think 4-something is outrageous & they should lower it to atleast $ 3.00. Besides that it’s nice coffee shop.

Best service and coffee in Andover. And now they have free wi-fi. Their veggie wrap is out of this world.

This place is amazing! The coffee is pretty great, but the thing I always come back for are the Everything bagels! We’re moving away soon but I gotta know-where do you get those bagels from???

Went into the Ultimate Perk on Saturday for a hot latte! It was great! I always like to support the small business! I can’t wait to go back!

Love this place… I only wish I lived closer! I make it a point to go whenever I’m in town. My favorite is the cold brew coffee and I love that they have almond milk. The staff is great and so are the owners. Keep up the great work!

I’ll be surprised if this place will survive with Nero on the street. The coffee is fine and so is the seating. On warm days you can sit outside watching people go in and out of DD. The reason I cannot give the place a good review is the staff. They are neither rude nor courteous. They are dis-interested and just doing a job. This is suppose is fine, but not for me. I had hoped this would be a local, but with Nero…

Went to the new groveland location. Very over priced and slow service. The coffee was good, I asked for mocha flavor the standard 3 pumps(like dunkin donuts) and I got 5 skim milk. I was charged an extra $ 0.75 for the mocha shot! Sorry, but if these people are that expensive and still charging for a pump of flavor, they don’t deserve my business.

Best choice for cold brew in Andover. Pure, no-frills coffee with the focus on the brew and not the added flavor. Only downside is cash only, but it’s worth it!

Amazing! Always my first stop when I come into town. Great fresh brewed flavored coffee without the added syrups! Consistently good as well, I’ve never gotten a coffee that tasted like it was from a bad/burnt batch!

Great coffee. Been struggling to find a good coffee shop that stays consistent. The barista that helped me was very good and recommended a coffee for me. Most flavored coffees lack the similarity to the taste of what it actually is… This coffee was spot on. I am going to come back for sure.

Great little coffee shop. Not much in terms of a breakfast menu. They have sandwiches, muffins and donuts. Coffee and tea. The absolute better alternative to Dunkin’s. Infact its right across the street. There Chai latte is fantastic! Only cash money. No plastic.

Update: the owner contacted me shortly after I wrote this post and offered a refund for the coffee. I do appreciate the prompt response and the owner indicated she would address making sure the price is clearly marked or stated in the future. Original post: I just paid $ 6.69 for a 20 oz Kyoto cold brew iced coffee, which is not even close to worth that much. It was listed as $ 4.50 on the board which in itself is a lot but I figured it would be amazing, then the barista without double checking that it would be a price hike just goes ahead and makes the drink, then notifies me of the outrageous price. Ridiculous. I stopped in here on a whim thinking I’d give some business to a local place instead of the Starbucks up the street, big mistake. I won’t be back!

I love the coffee here, and the flavor choices they have! Today I got caramel nut crunch. I pretty sure they are connected to Heavenly Donuts and this is just another branch with another name because they have the same flavors coffees and it tastes the same. I’ve never tried the food so I can’t comment on that. Service varies, sometimes you are greeted by someone friendly, other times it’s someone who looks like they hate their life. This morning I was hit with the hating their life service. I love that they have Almond Milk as an option! Biggest problem: CASHONLY! This drives me nuts, the first time I went in there(a few years ago) I didn’t know and I had to run to an ATM just for a damn coffee. I don’t know if they are trying to keep the whole«small coffee shop vibe» because it really makes no sense that they don’t have a credit card machine. Or Atleast at ATM in the shop!

Not bad. I ordered chai. It was good but shit, I don’t have much else to say so let me ramble. Well the seating is nice, and they have wifi. There is an outdoor seating area too. There are some hot babes that come through here too. As far as quality of their products… they sell coke, vitamin water, nesquik and other stuff you can find at cvs. They have donuts and bagels so it reminds me of a Dunkin donuts. They do have fair-trade organic coffee but it’s a special slow-drop blend that is served chilled. I haven’t tried it but it sounds really good.

I’m a big fan of BREWED flavored coffee rather than the ‘add syrup to create flavor’ coffees and there aren’t many places that have them. Well, this place does! Lots of them! Currently I’m addicted to Ultimate Perk’s hazelnut coffee. To me it’s the best around, freakin’ delicious.(I used to get it at Brueggers(meh) or Panera(pretty good).) And in case you’re wondering, they add the cream and sugar for you. A con is that it is cash only, resulting in a setback the FIRST time I went in. «Do you have hazelnut coffee? YES!!! Yippee! Oh, cash only. Bummer.» But now I know and come prepared. I’d also like to mention another nice thing about them. I was behind a lady who was paying for her drink and she said«…and I owe for my daughter, she was here this morning and didn’t have any cash.» Meaning they let the daughter get a muffin and a drink on her word.(Yes, I was eavesdropping.) I also was short 35 cents once and they let it slide.(I gave it to them next time because I felt bad.). This is a nice thing about a mom & pop businesses, that flexibility. Regarding seating and parking: They have about 5 two-top tables inside(except when then put their tables outside, then there are 3 tables inside), but most people seems to get their drinks to go. With parking, if you’re just getting your coffee to-go, then there are 15 minute spots on the little side street next to the coffee shop that are often more open than on Main St.
