What a cute little café in Andover. There is limited sitting and street parking, so I would recommend coming here to take out. I love getting breakfast at Perfecto’s. They have the most delicious breakfast sandwiches ever. You can pick from a wide variety of bagels, or choose their delicious English muffin. I love getting egg whites, cheese and ham in mine. They also have amazing coffee, with different flavors. I love getting the hazelnut coffee. The breakfast here is so good, I have to eat the whole thing, even though I know that means I would be too full to eat lunch. Start your day right the Perfecto way!

I always get exceptional service whenever I go here. Today I asked for a foccacia bagel, even though the basket was clearly empty, and my sandwich maker kindly put a whole batch in for me. The foccacia bagel was delicious, with the right amount of crunchy cheese on top and captured in the bagel hole. Their wide ice coffee selection is delicious any time of the year. I’m sure their hot coffee is good, too, but if only ever had ice coffee here, so I can’t really say. The muffins and pastries are cute, too, and very yummy. Make sure to stop here before you catch the train at Andover station down the street!

Yo this place is awesome: tons of fresh stuff made right in front of you, fast, and for a great price. Great veggies and it’s super clear every ingredient you’re consuming.

Ordered a skim milk latte. It was very watery. Tasted like coffee flavored watery milk. But, the everything bagel was pretty good. Not enough to bring me back.

We go daily. If the service was faster it’d be 5 stars. The coffee is fantastic and there are a lot of flavors to choose from. It’s the best coffee around or at least comparable to Heavenly Donuts. Perfecto’s system is flawed and makes it very slow to get coffee… or food for that matter. They seem to keep 5 flavors up front and if your flavor isn’t up there then they have to go in the back to look for it. It takes forever. Heavenly Donuts seems to have same amount of flavors yet they find your flavor chose much faster. They seem fully staffed BUT it’s very slow or impossible to get food including an ‘as is bagels’. There are 2 lines. 1 for food, 1 for coffee but if you’ve never been there before you wouldn’t know that. You feel like you’re cutting the food people. When you want food and coffee you start in the food line then merge into the coffee line. If you only have 10 minutes to spare you have to skip the food line, so no food for you and head to the coffee line and hope they get it to you in 10. It’s a not. 5 min stop for even just coffee. This is true even when it’s not busy. How do they have so many people working but the service is slo slow? Well, my husband loves the coffee drink and it’s nearby so this is the daily bother he goes through.

OMG — great little bagel place in North Andover! Everyone seems to come here for their bagel and cream cheese fix! We had ordered a farmers special — which was a french toast bagel with eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese and a side of maple syrup. We also ordered an everything bagel with the scallion and bacon cream cheese — amazing! Definitely will be back for more bagels and cream cheese!

Perfecto’s is a bit of an enigma. On the one hand, their baked goods are pretty darn good. Their flavored coffees are definitely a nice change of pace from the typical cup of joe. On the other hand the line in the store and the service can often times be less than stellar. I’m a big cookie guy, & I definitely liked the cookies here, no question. Chocolate chip, excellent! Their muffins are also pretty good. If you’re looking for a bakery in the area, it’s probably one worth considering, just bring a little patience with you.

Good coffee, always have great flavors… mocha mint has been my favorite this far. My coworker loves the peanut butter cup. I can’t comment on the food because I have never tried it. But my goodness– hire new people who aren’t always rude. People in my office don’t even want to go back there to get coffee because the people behind the counter always act like you are such a burden.

I. Love. Perfectos. Maybe I’m biased because I grew up with it, but the coffee and baked goods here are unbeatable. Every year I come home(I live in California now) for the holidays and have to stop by and get a box of muffins — highly recommend the blueberry, raspberry choc chunk, cinnamon chip, and the gingerbread. So incredible. The snickerdoodle cookies are also amazing. Also, as I recall, they have delicious wraps. I used to get the sweet onion chicken wrap all the time and would definitely recommend it for lunch if you’re passing through the area! Parking can be tough because the location is a little weird and the lot gets crowded, but otherwise no major complaints here! Perfecto’s is a gem!

This location is absolutely awful. The counter staff is so rude — no hello, no smiles, and they move slower than any other establishment I’ve ever been to. On top of that, my order is wrong 95% of the time. Such a disappointment.

Love Perfecto’s! It’s packed on the weekends. But always worth the wait. Their shortbread cookies are to die for. Cute, seasonal designs. Awesome biscotti. Coffee is fab. Great place. Love having one in out town.

I would give perfectos 6 stars if I could! Their bagels are out of this world delicious(my fav. Is the French toast bagel) and they have so many awesome equally as delicious coffee flavors. They have a huge selection of pastries as well. The only thing negative I can say about Perfecto’s is that they microwave their eggs for their breakfast sandwiches(so I stopped ordering breakfast sandwiches).

SO overrated! Decided to patronize this small business on my visit to Andover in between meetings, based on the rave reviews… Waste of time and money. –Drab inside –No WiFi –Coffee is mediocre at best, cant fix it yourself, server totally over-filled mine, resulting in a huge mess

Growing up in Andover, Perfectos used to be such a treat. Coffee was good and got me through the day, and I loved the food. Those damn chocolate chip muffins… Holy Christ are they good. Over the years, I’ve come to recognize the bagel sandwiches as just alright, and the coffee as well. The muffins still rule but here’s the real problem: the staff. They are rude. Rude as hell. No smiles, no hello. They’ve got my order wrong the past two times I’ve gone. It’s such a shame. I remember Perfectos as such a friendly and welcoming place as a kid. They knew my mom by name and asked her how she was. It was a community place. Now it’s just rude kids making customers feel uncomfortable. I hope this feedback reaches the store so they can know how far they’ve gone from where they were.

This location is terrible and a far cry from the peabody location. Counter staff not friendly: asked to not cut the bagel… Was cut in fourths. Asked for chive cream cheese… Got a bagel with veggie cream cheese with chive cream cheese on top. Have to find a new bagel place…

I don’t get the hype here. Perfecto’s offers weak coffee, disappointing muffins and ‘okay’ Bagels. They have their own English Muffins. Which is cool but they aren’t English Muffins. They are Biscuits. Decent Biscuits but not English Muffins. fail

The bagels are still A+. The coffee is good if you’re a flavored java fan. The muffins are scrummy! The service, though… The confusing line makes customers cranky. Even if you’re in the right spot to order a bagel(and congrats to you for figuring it out!), you’ll have to wait for teen staffers to make scads of egg sandwiches and refuse to acknowledge you until they’re absolutely ready. How about a «be right with you!» Don’t you kids like tips? By the way, all of you lauding the egg sandwiches — have you seen the crappy plastic containers they’re microwaved in? I don’t want you to get cancer, folks(even you novices ordering your bagels at the cashier). Now guys work the bagel counter. Shocker only to those who never worked retail: efficiency’s plummeted. As much as I used to roll my eyes at the«Perfecto’s Girls» t-shirts, give me the days when the team of young women were at least quick. The food’s seriously good. I just wish the service matched it.

Stopped in this weekend, as it was convenient on my walk to the grocery store. I had not visited in a while, and it took me a little while to realize that the flavors of coffee were listed up on the(new)TV screen — The list of coffee flavors was crazy. I think I saw cake batter, banana bread, just to name a couple… To be honest, I don’t remember exactly what I ordered… I think it was Hawaiian with cinnamon something… regardless — it was awesome!!! Such fresh brewed, bold, and flavorful coffee. I haven’t been so «wowed» by a cup of coffee in a long long time. Service was great — fast and friendly. Thank you Perfecto’s, for re-affirming my love for coffee.

Perfecto’s is always a solid choice for breakfast or lunch — good bagel selection(even at the busiest of times!), fresh sandwiches(real eggs ftw!), and good coffee. Bonus points for the cookies and treats in the display case, always so fun to look at. Seating is a challenge on Saturdays and Sundays, but we haven’t had problems parking here. Also called one Sunday morning to order 6 dozen bagels at 8am, they were ready 20 minutes later, sliced, and packaged up. Now THAT is excellent service.
