Initially, the salesman was late coming to my home. I thought that might be a bad sign, but after that everything went well. Michael followed up with a couple phone calls and we made the final arrangements. They arrived on time and finished on time. Everything went smoothly as they replaced my entire system. It’s very quiet; I can hardly hear it running. The workers were polite, wore shoe coverings, and cleaned up after completion. They explained the operation of the thermostat and submitted my rebate. The building inspector said they did a good job.

I chose them because I thought they would have to live up to their name, our heating went out just before Christmas and the owner came and said we needed a new unit. We wanted the control panel in the coldest room in the back. I told him we had a problem w/workers not wanting to go in our attic. He said«I’m the boss and I’ll make sure they look do it !» We went out for the day w/our company and when we came back– guess where they put the panel? In the livingroom and not in the back would have been a huge deal to change it and nothing was done, every time I see their commercials I cringe. integrity means doing what you say and saying what you do. From what I see in reviews they don’t have it.

Had a confirmed appointment and they no showed. Called them and they advised me I didn’t have an appointment yet I played for them my voicemail from them confirming my appointment. I do not recommend them even though I was referred there from Costco.

For heating and air specialists Darren fellows and his crew are the best there is. They are polite, knowledgeable and they have saved me money. I cannot explain it any better then that. When I’m ready for solar conversion here in Redding, I will be calling Darren again.

Description Of Work: We called this company to get an estimate on fixing our heating/ac unit on my mother’s house in Anderson. Results: The technician spent about 5 minutes looking at the unit, said that our circuit board looked bad, and he’d have the office call us with an estimate that afternoon. It took them a week to call us. They said that the circuit board and 8′ of wire needed replaced, and that it would cost nearly $ 650. We called another company for a second opinion. The actual problem? Air needed to be bled from our system. Took about 5 minutes to fix. They recommended the wire be replaced as well, but said we only needed 4′. Total cost? Less than $ 100. Our experience leads us to believe that Integrity is a dishonest company, completely dependent on the ignorance of their customers to make their money. Either that, or they are making their money charging $ 70 for diagnostic estimates that lead to grossly inflated bills. Would never use again and would advise others to avoid.
