The service here is very poor the employees are rude and messed up my order after reading it back and checking if it was right. I will never go back to this location ever again this is the second time I have been treated poorly at this location!

1^st bad experience. waited 25 minutes just to get one drink!
2^nd bad experience. got a passion fruit lemonade, apple juice, and an iced coffee (and asked us if we wanted sweetener).
they put the apple juice IN the passion fruit lemonade and no sweetener in the iced coffee. when we were paying it came out to $ 10, they took my giftcards and on my app it said I had $ 12. After taking my giftcards they still said I owed more money. Very rude and slow both times at this location.

Sunday Night drive thru: No more whipped cream, not enough caramel on caramel frapp, vanilla steamer had very little vanilla and tasted more like hot milk. Worst STARBUCKS experience ever. Sad to say

I came here and I order ice tea passion fruit and I don’t like the costumer service I was waiting for more than 5 minutes I will never c back to this location

I have been made repeatedly late to work and other engagements because the staff either doesn’t know how or forgets to make my drink. Both errors have been made SEVERAL times. I will bother to go well out of my way to the coffee bean on Orangethorpe going forward

Hubby and I tend to use the drive-​thru of this Starbucks if we need something cold or with caffeine. Just don’t do what we did, which was going north on State College Blvd, and did a turn to get into the drive-​thru: you won’t fit. The curvature (AND THE ARROWS) mean that you won’t be able to go through without a few bumps/​scrapes. You’re supposed to go all the way to the north of the Starbucks block, and then make a right turn and then a right turn into the drive-​thru. Whoops :/​
Anyways, the Starbucks is okay. It has your essentials, but getting a correct order is around a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ chance. Hubby can’t do dairy very well, so he has to get soy milk. Well, let’s just say that sometimes he can’t have his drink any more because they used whole milk instead of soy, but still charged for soy. And, then he may request double-​blended and with whipped cream, but he is handed a single-​blended, and no whipped cream.
So, you can kind of get your fix if you don’t have allergies. If you do have some dietary issues, just be very careful.

Always come here when I go to Disneyland. It’s quick and has a drive thru.

This starbucks staff is always slow and when they only have 2 cars in the drive through they won’t let you order at the window if u forget something. They need to work on alot of stuff before they get better.

I I like the choices you have for the holidays choices you have for the holidays it’s easy to go run errands it when you’re in a hurry and I are hungry just grab some good seasonal Cup of Joe

The Frappacino came out tasting a little bland, but the service was fast. However the biggest disappointment was the setup of the drive through. The menu sign comes after the intercom, and it was angled poorly. So you can’t really read it. Fix it and I’ll give you 5 star bucks.

I go to this location a few times a week, it is in my way back after dropping my kids at school. I go more lately after the near by coffee bean is closed. The parking is very tight, so many go for the drive-​thru but the whole lot is very small, so it can be a miserable experience trying to get out but stuck because the drive thru line waiting. The staff try to fix this by serving the drive thru much faster than what I noticed in other places. The drinks are typical. I have a feeling that the many of the staff there keep changing, I might be wrong.
The chairs can be more comfortable.
Most annoying thing, like other mentioned, too many bums hang outside, and in many cases they come inside asking for money or to use your cell. Worst thing is that they smoke outside. Depending on day and time, it can be bad.

This place SUCKS!!! I was super excited when they opened because they have a drive thru. I’ve now come to realize it doesn’t matter! Every time I come here they’re always out of what ever popular drink is in season. What kind of idiot runs this place! I get it if it’s because you guys just opened but no! You’ve been open for a while now! In the summer they ran out of lemonade for the passion tea lemonade. It’s fall and guess what they ran out of, pumpkin spice AND Graham cracker! Whoever does your back stock needs to be fired!

I love Starbucks and this location is on my way to work and paired with the Starbucks app makes for an even better experience. Don’t want to wait in line for the morning rush use the app pick up ur items and go. It’s so great to be in and out quickly although before my use of the app this Starbucks did a great job of getting my orders one correctly and quickly. On the couple occasions my order was incorrect they gave me the wrong drink (ussually with regular milk and not soy, and I am lactose intolerant) and also then give me my correct drink. This never bothered me as it made for free drinks for my coworkers which random surprise frappacinos would put a smile on anyone’s face right ! The parking is a little stupid here as people can be inconsiderate when going thru the drive through and I have been blocked in but I don’t put that on Starbucks just customers not knowing how to drive.

There’s something off about this location.
I’ve tried a variety of drinks at this location and for some reason they always taste terrible. The only drinks that taste «normal» are the frapps. If you order either a tea or a hot beverage, they taste so bland. I know I shouldn’t expect the highest quality drinks, but I don’t want a watered down tea or a hot white chocolate mocha that tastes like sock water. (Not that I’ve ever had sock water lol)
Their pastry selection is very limited typically.
I’ve been to this location during their buy one get one 50% off frapps sale and they need to get organized. They seem to be under staffed every time Starbucks offers these specials.
The only reason I’m not giving them just one star is because of their drive-​thru convenience.

I’ve been through the inside of this place AND the drive thru, and to be honest, they are NOT good.
Drive Thru Experience: I’ve used the drive thru almost 95% of the time and it’s always been really slow. Once I ordered a Berry Hibiscus and as I pulled up to the next window to pick up my drink, they told me they don’t have it. Um, hello? Shouldn’t you have told me that you don’t have that BEFORE I pulled up to the next window. They made me something else and asked if I wanted that instead. I was annoyed and took it anyway.
Inside Experience: This was probably the WORST experience because the two times that I went inside, their service was horrible and they’re probably slow. The first experience was sometime in the afternoon. I didn’t order anything complicated but the employee taking my order was struggling a lot (I think he was in training?) and he asked the first coworker to help him and she grunted and said, «I’m busy, ask someone else.» He asked a second coworker, and same thing. I felt bad for the kid. He even had to go in the BACK to ask someone to help him. Someone finally came to help him. And the wait wasn’t worth it because the drink itself was horribly made.
It sucks that I still go here because this is on the way to work, but I think if this keeps up, I should go to another location.

The frapps are the only drinks I go to Starbucks for. I’m not a hot tea or coffee drinker. Hate them! Place can get busy drive-​thru as many of us are lazy to step out the vehicle. I’ve Been coming to this one ever since it opened.
I’ve been Getting the s’mores frapps last 4 times I’ve been here and they all never tasted the same. Idk if they freestyling or what… 1^st one I had that I saw one girl make was the best one. Had all the chocolate at the bottom and the cream mixing together. 2^nd different chick and she was asking what to put in it. 3^rd a guy, horrible they went stingy on the chocolate and it more or less tasted like nutmeg or some nasty spice. same but was a venti and they gave me ¹⁄₃ the cup all whip. $ 5.45 I better get this s#!t right. 4^th time was better than the 2^nd and 3^rd but still less chocolate like 3 sips and it was all gone.
Can I get the 5^th one right like the 1^st time? It’s bad enough I’m cheating on my Keurig cause I make my own iced coffees at home but It seems I may have to buy some Hershey’s syrup, whip, and teddys to make my own s’mores at home. Ugh or maybe go back to the Euclid location. We’ll see…

Typical Starbucks, except this one is always dirty outside… stone falling off the façade, homeless hanging around.
But, insides clean, the tables have the new wireless charging spot, service is consistently good.
And yummy treats!

I need my daily dose of coffee and Starbucks is one of my favorite places but this particular location is not the greatest.
The drinks are fine and customer service is great but out of 5 visits, 3 times they have gotten my drink order wrong, whether it be the size or the order itself, the drink is rarely made the way I have specified. Without any issues, the Starbucks staff will always correct their mistake but when the problem occurs time after time, it than becomes a concern.
Another issue is the parking. It’s located in a very small center near a Dentist office and a threading salon. Sometimes parking is so difficult that I’ve had no choice to go elsewhere. There is drive thru at this location as well but the line is long often.
There are some positives about this Starbucks such as it’s a clean facility and as other locations, wi-​fi is free and signal is good. It’s also located right off the freeway.
Overall, it’s just a three star for me. There are plenty of more convenient Starbuck locations. You might want to take your drink order elsewhere.
