Starbucks

Who doesn’t love Starbucks? In this rushed, driving world of Anaheim, CA, we go to Starbucks for our coffee and breakfasts on the go because we know it will always be consistently good. They always get it right.
Not this morning. I ordered both lunch and breakfast :) however, my oatmeal, which I normally love, was not carefully prepared. Someone put in just a tad bit of hot water, making it un-​edible as prepared. Luckily, I work at a place that has a hot-​water dispenser, or I would have been out my breakfast. I ordered a tall and the window server asked me… you ordered Tall, right? Right :(, not wanting to hold up the line.
We are loyal to Starbucks because we can count on a high level of consistency. PLEASE… TAKE A MOMENT TO ENSURE THAT YOU MAINTAIN NORMAL STANDARDS. When I give Starbucks anything less than 5-​stars… something is not right.

very rude girl samira i guess. black and blonde hair. very rude. every time i come in she is either not acknowleding anyone because she is talking to someone she knows very loudly or when you specify something about your drink she is completely rude.
i said excuse me excuse me, can you please do easy ice and easy 2%. the milk makes me feel sick.
she said… yea im not done making it. when im done making it, if its to light, you can tell me then. in a very rude tone.
i got over to the counter. it was to light. i said excuse me, it is to light. and she looked at her coworker and said you make this.

Rude! Apparently ordering two wet cappuccino very easy on the milk (no, not dry) makes the barista/​cashier roll her eyes at you and clock out on what you are trying to order.
Well folks… I would safely assume that after my husband and I took our first sips what she «explained» to the barista making the caps was just put EXTRA milk in there. We are drinking heavy milk lattes.

Sunday 11 am there was around a 20 minute wait but it wasn’t bad because it was clean with plenty of tables inside and out and everyone was pleasant. No bike racks anywhere so I had to lock it to the railing. Was not a bad place to spend some time catching up on emails.

Walked out at 4:40am 10 minutes after opening and forgot my order of blueberry scones. One of the baristas came outside to my ambulance a good 200ft away in shorts to hand deliver my scones! By the time I realized the mistake and stepped out he was already 10 feet away, I didn’t get his name but that was great customer service! Thanks man!

This Starbucks is conveniently located within walking distance of the Cinema City movie theater and many restaurants. I came in here on Christmas Day and was pleasantly surprised by their special Star Wars themed flavors. I ordered a Princess Leia latte, which is a combination of cinnamon bun and white chocolate flavors. While the latte was tasty, I couldn’t detect the cinnamon flavor. The location was fairly crowded since few other establishments are open on Christmas Day. Service was still pretty speedy despite the long queue in front of us. I did notice that all the foot traffic left a bit of a mess on the counters. Overall good place to go for a quick coffee.

Came here after an awful experience at the Starbucks up the street at Santa Ana canyon plaza. Alex helped us at the counter and was AMAZING! Super fast, efficient and friendly. I came in on Christmas with an order for 6 people and he offered to break it up for extra stars before I could even ask. The Santa Ana canyon location flat out refused and gave us awful attitude about it so we left. I would recommend this place 100 x over the one just a mile away. Someone give Alex a raise! :)

I love going to Starbucks !! And even more to this one. The people that work there always welcome you, they are very friendly.
Sometimes I go there to do my homework and it’s a very comfortable and lovely place to do it. Excellent A+

Good service, baristas here are nice. One would assume that since the theatre is close by it would get pretty busy but every time I have been there I have not seen any line whatsoever. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato which was on point and their chocolate croissant. I was on my way to work in less than five minutes.

This is my usual starbucks, I’ve been frequenting this location for just over 4 years, I have seen so many faces come and go, most making such an amazing impression. This morning in particular I was greeted by a very friendly cashier named Daurish, he was very welcoming and optimistic which is refreshing on a holiday! We stuck up a conversation about my drink, a venti white chocolate mocha with 8 shots of espresso, being an unusual order he clarified that I wanted extra espresso and not extra pumps of white mocha, both of which alter the taste of the original drink, I explained that I did in fact mean 8 espresso shots and told him a story of a time that I had ordered this drink at a different location and they completely messed it up, he ended up discounting my drink and encouraged me to return to this location, I realized I had not seen him there before so I asked if he was new to this store, he told me he is only working this location for about a week, then he will return to his store near Chapman university, in the orange circle area. This really struck me as awesomw he is so passionate about what he does that he wants all starbucks to thrive, not just his store. Awesome job sir!
As for the barista who made my drink is a face I know well, Shay, a very kind woman who is always polite and courteous to the guests, she always makes my drinks quickly and correctly, she knows my order, so as soon as she sees me come in she starts pulling my shots, usually takes me about 10 minutes, 8 shots takes a long tome, especially if there is a line! I HIGHLY recommend this location if you are looking for great service and fantastic drinks!

Bryan fixed our drinks so they were finally made correctly! It must be mentioned that the drinks were made incorrectly the first time, but I feel Unilocal reviews should focus on good customer service.

its not the coffee that gets 2 stars, but this store. I go in the late afternoon and they must be ready to go home because the staff and manager are not very professional. People stand around and chat with the employees while they are making drinks, while waiting for the manager to get off work. one of the employees actually made fun of the manager when she made a request of him to restock the straws. Apparently she’s not very well respected. i will still visit this store but i hope the employees get their shit together.

Horrible service. No one was working??? Not one to complain but I spend about 50 $ a week on Starbucks. This visit was about 20 min and there was no line when I ordered my drink. Staff members decided to take a break I guess???

Autumn, Sam, Grace, Henry, Ian, Joe, Alex, everyone here is so friendly and nice. The drinks are always spot on, yes its crowded alot, but they are a great store!

This Starbucks has some of the friendliest employees I’ve ever seen from a Starbucks. The line moves quickly most days and I like to go on my lunch time when there’s not that many people at all. The little tables out front and on the side are great places to hang out for a while and people watch.

Waited in line for 5 minutes on my way to work on a Saturday am at 8:30. They were completely out of the dark roast. Hadn’t even started to brew it yet! On a Saturday morning?

First Starbucks that I’ve been to that has no line whatsoever. I live up the street and I’ve never been to this particular location, truly I’ve been missing out.
I ordered a caramel macchiato which was on point.
Only downfall was that they had ran out if the spinach croissant :(

Alex makes the BEST ristretto lattes. He manages to be efficient, accurate, & friendly and delivers a consistently good Starbucks experience every time :)
Love the banana walnut loaf. Tastes like homemade from scratch. The extra walnuts on top add a delightful crunch to the fluffy loaf. The carrot raisin muffin and the chocolate croissant are also delicious treats!
The new evolution of fresh juices are a great addition. When I know I’ll have a busy day at work, the Defense Up is a great energy boost.

Eh, this Starbucks is okay. I was disappointed today… had to wait quite a while for my 2 drinks — caramel macchiato and caffe latte. Let me tell you, people who are caffeine deprived DO NOT like waiting for their coffee.
I will acknowledge that the barista was trying his best and hard at work. but he definitely could have used some help from his colleagues. Yes, I also understand that folks have to take a lunch break. but I still think we can do a better job with staffing.
