Do not order anything online from this company. They do business under
so people don’t know their real name when they screw their customers. We received a sample of a marble tile which was very clean and sharp so we went ahead and ordered about 450 square feet of marble tile for the foyer of our home that we are building. When we received the tile, we found out the product came from 2 different lots. 1 lot had deep ugly yellow grains and 1 lot had deep ugly red grains. The product was awful and completely unusable. Our builder and decorator both advised us they had never seen marble this horrible and that there was no way it came from the same lot, despite what Shawn Jule (if that’s his real name) at Optima claimed. When we insisted on returning the product for a refund, Shawn said no and made no attempt at rectifying the situation other than to say go ahead and file your claim with the credit card company. This company is a sham. Find any other company for your tile/​marble needs. You won’t get what you want here.
