I am very picky with who I trust to do my own lashes because without proper training my natural lashes can be permanent ruined. I’ve been getting my lashes done by Cindy for a few years now and she does a AMAZING job every time. My lashes look and feel VERY NATURAL. I have sensitive eyes but the glue that she use does not irritates my eyes at all, and the lashes stays on very well. She is fast and the her prices are very reasonable. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cindy!

I got my first ever lashes extensions from Cindy. I went back for refills every 3 weeks. Then, when I arrived for my last appointment, Cindy left a message for me that she had to leave for a family emergency for 2 weeks, but she had arranged for me to get my extensions done by her sister who worked for another beauty business a few doors down. I was amazed that she would have me arrive and make arrangements without calling and talking to me directly. Cindy did not care one bit about me as a client. I tipped her well each time, too. She never even called me to say that she was back from whatever emergency she had. It’s been about two months now.
I found another woman, Sophia (Eyelashes by Sophia) in Irvine (on Main Street), who does fabulous lash extensions. Her work is wonderful. My lashes don’t fall off and look messy like they did with Cindy. So, it worked out well for me.

Lash extensions in general: I have a square head, prominent cheekbones, and tiny eyes that dissapear when I smile. Lash extensions, properly applied, make my eyes pop. My husband, who is visually challenged, can’t stop gazing into them when I’m sporting extensions, and people who I worked with for years could not stop complimenting my eyes.
Where to go: I’ve been to 3 different places for extensions and have learned much. I imagine with with proper training and practice, many people could learn how to apply lash extensions. I’ve learned that there’s more to it than applying them. There’s a certain artistry involved when done properly.
My orginal lady, Ana, stopped doing them so I went to a place with the initials of LL. I could barely tell that they had been applied, husband no longer gazed into my eyes, and nobody at work said anything (they had been off for months so the difference should have been obvious). When I learned that LL was using lashes much shorter than Ana had used, I asked them to lengthen them. They said nothing and sent me out with the old length. I made another attempt with the same result. I stopped going as it was a total waste of money.
Months later I found Cindy. Wow! Not only does she not have a one size fits all attitude towards lashes, she has the artistic capabilites that make all the difference in the world. *He can’t take his eyes off me, and compliments abounded at work again.
*This review was to have been written some time ago when I was still able to afford lash extensions. Physical disability and resulting job loss means I can’t get them any more, but I wanted you all to know that you’d be making the right choice choosing Cindy for your lash extension needs.

After my previous lash girl, whom i loved the results, seemed to start using a different glue and my lashes started falling heavily within the week of receiving a fill, I started looking for a new lash place.
My lashes with Cindy feel light and I don’t feel them on, which is how they are suppose to be.
They aren’t as full as when I usually get a fill but I realize that usually when I see a new person some of the 1 hr time a lash fill usually takes is them fixing previous lashes placed by the other person. Cindy had to remove what seemed like a lot so that obviously took away from lash placement time.
I will update my review when I get my next fill as that should be a complete fill.
I had to deduct two stars though because being on a budget, I usually make sure to check out prices before I book. Although Cindy charges $ 40 for fills (as stated on the website) she charged me $ 75 because she had to fix lashes from the previous girl, although it was still within the 1 hour lash fill time.
She did mention when I booked she usually takes 45mins to 1 hour for fills, but me being a new client she would probably take a full hour, but didn’t mention the price difference :(
Something to keep in mind if you are new and just need a fill.
I have had lash extensions for over 3 years off and on and lived in different areas seeing new lash girls and had never been charged extra for a fill if I was new, so it was completely unexpected.

I’ve been getting lash extensions since 2008. Cindy, was by far the best eyelash technician I’ve seen. Cindy makes sure that eyelash extensions are applied straight and evenly across and without them touching the skin. I haven’t been able to see her for a while because I am no longer in the area, but I highly recommend her! She is very skilled at what she does, the pictures speak for themselves!

I have been getting my eyelashes done off and on for over 4 years. When I moved to the OC 3 years ago I removed them as I just couldn’t seem to find someone that I felt was good enough or listened to what I wanted. Long story short, after a horrible customer service issue and unprofessionalism with the last girl I used I found Cindy. Thank god! She is not only the best that I’ve found as far as results but she is kind, personable and very professional and affordable.

Cindy did an excellent job on my lashes! It’s been 2 weeks since my appt and they’re still holding strong! I’ve gotten a lot of compliments and attention thanks to this girl!

I’m addicted to getting my lashes done! I get so many compliments on my lashes and I love not having to wear makeup! It takes about an hour an u have to touch up every 3 weeks but it’s totally worth it. Cindy rocks!

Cindy is awesome! My sister and cousins all get their eyelashes done by her and her work is amazing! She is professional, friendly and courteous. I actually came in for a facial and a nose wax and was impressed by her work. I never knew you can get a nose wax! She referred me and I gave it a try and it was quick, painless, and the results are excellent!

As an eyelash extension artist myself, I am very picky with who I trust to do my own lashes. Although, I can touch up my own lashes a bit, I still prefer to go to Cindy to be super thorough and get every single lash nice and full. Plus it’s always nice to pamper yourself! ;)
I get compliments from people everyday. Many friends ask if I did anything different because they can’t tell that I have eyelash extensions. Cindy does a PHENOMENAL job creating whatever lash look you want. You cannot see where my natural lashes and the extensions connect. The connection and glue are nearly invisible! Cindy has various lengths and different curls to fit all kinds of eye shapes and wants. Her lashes are very soft and don’t feel like fishing wire (I’ve seen poor quality extensions on others).
Cindy is very friendly and easy to talk to. She listens to your wants and tries her best to deliver your desired results. Ladies, I am now addicted to them and cannot even think about going back to my usual eye makeup routine. Mind you I used to be obsessive about making my lashes perfect. Now that I have extensions I cut my makeup routine in half and no longer feel that I need any liquid eyeliner or any lash products.
The range of time in between your touch-​ups will vary with each person. It really depends on your own lash cycle and the amount of care you put into taking care of your eyes/​lashes. Don’t use mascara, rub your eyes or use makeup remover directly on the lashes. I find this really helps to preserve them. I prefer to do a touch-​up every 3 weeks. I could probably go every 4 weeks but I despise any haywire lashes and sparse areas. Keep in mind this time varies with each person!
Cindy also does microdermabrasion, facials, waxing, etc. She’s a superstar and books up VERY fast. I recommend calling to an appointment and booking your touch-​ups way ahead of time.

Cindy is amazing! I’ve been seeing Cindy for over a year now and even followed her to her new location at Pon International Salon. She takes care of both my Brazilian waxes and my eyelash extensions and does a great job at both!
I first started seeing Cindy for her Brazilian waxes. Cindy uses hard wax. The good thing about hard wax is that it hurts much much less than strip wax because it doesn’t pull off any of your skin and gets the hair right down to the follicle.
When I found out that Cindy also did lashes, I decided to give her a try after a not so great experience at another lash place. I had NO REGRETS whatsoever. She pays a great attention to detail and my extensions always look so natural. I get compliments all the time of how great they look. Cindy always goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy. She’s super easy to talk to and very accommodating. I can’t imagine going to anyone else for my waxes and lashes.

I’ve been coming to Cindy for a little over a year. She is the first and only person to do my lashes, that says a lot!
She’s so gentle! My lashes last 2 – 3 weeks (depending on how ruff I am), even when I’m going that day for a fill I continue to get «your lashes are beautiful» comments.
She does work with your schedule, just let her know. I either spend the hour talking to her or falling asleep. It’s nice to get an afternoon nap every now and again!
You must come and see her it will be worth it!

I’ve been getting eyelash extension for a few years however I have not been completely satisfied with my results. After visiting Cindy, I am so happy with my result. My lashes looks so natural and beautiful. Cindy is now my new lash girl. To top it off, she has a great personality and is so accommodating to my lashes needs.
