Hyatt Place At Anaheim Resort/Convention Center

This place is great! Very clean and newly built. Front desk is nice and helpful if you have any questions. Not too far of a walk from disney but if you have kids I suggest you get an über or shuttle service. The gym has weights to do your work outs and good cardio equipment. FREE BREAKFAST & WIFI! Parking cost $$ though… I do recommend and would come back.
Also my GF left her bag here and Gabriel one of the workers was nice enough to call us and have it shipped to us! Very good customer service.

Hotel is nice, staff is friendly, room size was pleasantly bigger than expected, cleanliness was decent
Some negatives:
WiFi wasn’t working
Shower water pressure is very very weak
Even worse, shower pressure drops suddenly and one can get scalded
Guests are incredibly rude and noisy (ok, not the hotel’s fault)

We enjoyed a terrific 3 night stay while visiting Disneyland. The building is new and modern and rooms are wonderfully clean and spacious. Husband and I and 3 kids stayed in a room with 2 queens and a pullout which had a large kitchenette, 2 flat screen TVs and bathroom vanity with 2 sinks. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful and free breakfast is amazing! 15 minute brisk walk to the park for us. Underground parking is well lit and secure and elevator runs straight up to guest rooms with no need to exit at the lobby. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for our trip to Disneyland, which we found a great deal for only $ 125 per night. When we arrived, it was very easy to get parking which is good. The parking fee is $ 16 plus tax which sucked! We checked in at the front desk and noticed the area was very clean and organized. The customer service was great and very helpful. I really liked our room which had a great view.
They have free all you can eat breakfast! The food was very good and I really liked their omelet, sausage, and pancakes. It opens from 6:38−10am, but you must get there pretty early for a table. They also have a small bar too.
I wish they had a shuttle because the walk to Disneyland was far. It must of took us around 20 mins and another 20 mins to walk back to the hotel.
They hotel stay was a great experience and I do recommend for people to stay here when planning to go to Disneyland. There’s just a few downfalls such as no shuttles and charged parking.

Stayed for 3 nights and everything was great!
The front desk was very friendly and helpful. When we were checking in, my daughter mentioned it was her birthday… more on that later.
The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Everything was orderly and the beds were comfortable. We were there for a surprise Disneyland trip and the hotel is pretty close. You could walk less than a mile or jump on a shuttle.
When we got back to the room from our first day at the park, there was a surprise little cupcake with a happy birthday not from the whole staff to my daughter! That’s a nice touch! Well done!
Breakfast is excellent but it is hard to get a table. Just be prepared to wait a little bit till one opens up.

This was a great hotel for s family Disney trip. We stayed five nights in November 2015. The room was nice — two queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper was perfect for a family of four or five. The staff are amazing and very helpful. At checkin, the front desk employee Jamie was wonderful. Jamie really got this trip off to a great start. Jamie went above and beyond to welcome us.
Breakfast is crowded but good. They have soy milk and gluten free bread. The other items are waffles or pancakes, oatmeal, fruit, cold cereal, sausage, eggs, and juice. During peak times the staff is great about bring more food as needed.
The rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location was good — you are 25 minutes walking distance from Disneyland but only a short über ride away. We paid $ 5 to über right to the front entrance area of Disney area (off harbor).
The pool was on the small side but adequate. The hot tub was amazing after walking all day. The fitness center was good — newer equipment and loaner headphones if you forget your own.

If you’re going to Disneyland, stay here.
We’ve stayed here so many times, the rooms are clean and spacious. The shuttle picks you up in front of the hotel and drops you off at the entrance for Disneyland/​California Adventure. This is so much more convenient than the other hotels we’ve stayed at as they all required a lot of walking (Arabella, across the street, and Disney’s Paradise Pier hotel) which is the last thing you’d want to do after spending 16+ hours at Disneyland and California Adventure.

We went there for a mystery dinner first one I’ve ever been to and it was awesome the actors were great the service also thank you for a great dinner and entertainment I know I will recommend it to anyone that hasn’t done one to try it it is a lot of fun and please tip the actors they all deserve it. For now The Judge is ruling this performance a five star performance.

We stayed her for 4 nights in early November and enjoyed our experience.
Pro’s: Staff super helpful all the time. Breakfast plentiful and delicious. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Nice gym. Easy to get to Disneyland. Great maid service.
Con’s: Crappy bar with Over priced drinks but hardly used as it’s a family friendly place. Tiny pool. Luke warm hot tub.
Would we stay there again? Yep. Now we know.

I stayed next door at the Cortona Inn, and walked the few feet to Hyatt for an adult beverage and a real restaurant. There I met Natasha, who took great care of me and my needs. She was open and inviting, perceptive, and even remembered me when I came back two days later.
Natasha welcomed me back as soon as I walked in the door, remembered our conversation *and* my drink order, and was overall an excellent customer service representative for the Hyatt brand.
10/​10, would recommend… As long as you ask for Natasha :)

This is a great and very comfortable hotel near Disneyland, perfect for multiple day Disneyland getaways. It’s location is great, took no more than 15 minutes for us to walk to Disneyland.
Parking was easy, many spaces were available and it’s underground. It’s well-​lit and has many security cameras. There is a parking fee though, you’ll get an in and out privileges ticket when you check in.
The staff were very courteous and professional. One staff member remembered my name during my stay. They always ask how your night or day went and ensure everything’s going well for you.
The room itself was great. We had the Double Queen room and the sheets and pillows on the beds were insanely comfortable. There is also a corner couch that has a pull-​out, so you can fit six people in this room. The bathroom was nice and spacious and the shower was quick to get hot. The water pressure felt a little low, I like my shower heads to feel like a pressure washer.
Breakfast is amazing! Good quality food including hot eggs, sausage links, breakfast potatoes, bacon, oatmeal, toast and various fruits, pastries and beverages. This complimentary breakfast buffet is enough reason alone to book here.
They do offer a 24 hour food service, menus are available in the rooms however there is no room service/​delivery. You have to pick up the food at the Gallery in the lobby next to the front desk yourself. I don’t mind picking it up, but I know there are picky people out there.
Only complaint is that the walls and ceilings transmit sound pretty easy. First night was quiet, second night, a family checked in above us and we could hear shoe heels clicking and children running around. We heard housekeeping vacuuming the hallway in the morning, felt like they were about to come into our room and start vacuuming too.
Overall, a solid, comfortable hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate booking here again.

Before this, we have never stayed in a Hyatt Resort. This experience has proven to be one of the best for us.
We were always welcomed and greeted by their friendly and helpful staff members. They always had the patience and the time to answer and direct your questions.
The rooms were very clean, modern and spacious, with a sectional that can be used as an additional bed if needed.
The gym was nice and simple and had enough equipment to accommodate early morning gym enthusiasts.
To top it all off, the hotel offered a full complimentary breakfast, with different selections every day. This extra service was a real treat and made the start of our day really easy and smooth.
This hotel had won us over. It may not the fanciest hotel on the block, but it was definitely nice enough to make you feel like you’re being pampered and taken care of. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay with them again.

Will most likely not stay at this hotel again, had to change Rooms because air conditioner made room feel damp and our clothes as well, bathroom had no ventilation, paid extra 10 $ for night because no other rooms available .
Hotel is very clean but the bed sheets are scratchy and rough, the rooms are drab, and the suites has cheap furniture and empty walls. Hotel staff was very good and helpful but the rooms are not comfortable and look very bare, not a comfortable room to feel relaxed in.

Just recently stayed at the Hyatt place anaheim. It was great! I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is fairly new so everything is clean and all in working order. I had a room with 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa that can fit 1−2more. Even if i didn’t open it another person could sleep on the sofa. Very clean and the morning breakfast was great for FREE.
***the only thing i would like to point out is that in the walkways/​or waiting for the elevators it seems to be very stuffy and hot. Not icy cold like the rooms ac.***

Stayed here on my spontaneous trip from Hawaii to California. Walked in and was greeted by Peter. This dude never goes home! We saw him the night prior to check in when we inquired about availability and BAM, he was there again at around 11am the next day. Hard worker and very friendly.
The room was amazing. Nice, clean and modern. I loved how it had a couch area and two queen beds. The sheets and towels were white as can be and clean. Didn’t get to use the pool or gym because we were there only to sleep.
Disneyland parking is literally right down the road.
Parking for hotel: covered parking is downstairs. I recommend to park downstairs once you unload your bags cause the elevator takes you straight to your floor. You don’t have to get off the elevator from the garage to get on another in the hotel. All in one.
I also loved the fact that they offered ²⁴⁄₇ food. You call down. Place the order. They will call your room when it’s ready and you just gotta pick it up from the front desk.
We will be back when in the area. Highly recommend

Great place for meetings. Information is not always reliable. Whether or not a meeting is being held is hit and miss. The parking is expensive. Valet is the way to go. The staff is friendly and helpful. Traffic can be heavy. Road closures are unpredictable. I suggest leaving early to be sure you arrive on time.
The interior is gorgeous. There are plenty of places to relax and wait. Food and comfortable furniture are plentiful. Interior and exterior staff are friendly and ready to answer questions. Enjoy your meeting.

Conveniently close to Disneyland. Little confusing when you drive in for the first time because you are greeted by a gate and ticket meter. You request the parking ticket and the gate opens and then you drive around the corner to the hotel. Check-​in was sufficient, personalized and relatively quick. Because of the gate, your room key operates the elevator, brightly lit underground garage with cameras gives you a sense of security.
The hotel is spotless from lobby to your room to the common areas. Wi-​Fi is easy to use and free. Pool and fitness room are on the smaller side but adequate for the amount of users.
The free breakfast is quite a value. All you can eat, help yourself buffet style, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, pastries, breads & muffins, cereal, milk, OJ, tea and ice water along with fruits, yogurt, salsa and more is plenty to get you going.
We stayed on the second floor near the ice machine. Not a place we normally get but it was quiet enough until the maids started work and camped in front of our door talking and laughing. At first I thought they were guests leaving their rooms but when the chatting and cackling didn’t stop I knew it had to be the help. My wife who worked the night before and was only working on four hours sleep before we hit Disneyland for a 14 hour day there plus two more to put everything away and everyone to sleep wasn’t too thrilled. She got up not too happy looked out the peek-​hole, and saw that it was the maid service enjoying a «before getting to it» chat, opened and closed our door abruptly. The talking stopped immediately and they went on their way. Can’t really complain too much, although it was inconsiderate, it is just part of life and you move on.
You’ll enjoy the new feeling to everything and the comfortable beds. Although they have a great black out system for the window they forgot that light comes in from above the window coverings. If you’re like my wife that won’t bother you but if you are light sensitive like me, well then you’re up.
The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and everything worked well. With the filling and adequately tasty free buffet breakfast the value is there. Even with the parking fee. I don’t understand some people when they complain about a parking fee in a metropolitan area near a major attraction center with not a lot of parking elsewhere because it is everywhere in a location like this. After all folks it isn’t a drive up motel in Little River, Kansas.
We plan on revisiting the area again in about a month and will definitely consider the Hyatt Place at Anaheim again.

Along with the confusion about check in time… Super disappointed when we walked into out room. When I told the girl confirming our reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary, she said they would have a little something for us in our room for when we checked in… And of course, there was nothing… Too bad, I was hoping they would redeem themselves. 2 more days to go, let’s see how the rest of the stay goes.
So after having to change rooms because of a noisy wedding group, the rest of the stay was ok. We did order some food from their 24 hour made to order gallery when we returned late from Disneyland. The pizza was obviously microwaved & the «cheese plate» we got to enjoy with out cheap bottle of $ 31 dollar wine was sliced sandwich cheese that was melted on the the plate… I changed my review from 3 stars to two because I expected so much better from a Hyatt chain…

So it’s our second time staying here. The prices are comparable to the other places to stay in the area. We take the newer and nicer (imho) any day of the week.
It’s a great place to stay. You can even save a few bucks with the great breakfast offering they have every day. Free breakfast or wait in line somewhere else nearby, or go to downtown Disney and drop some papers there. I don’t knew what they put in the grapefruit, but I couldn’t stop eating it. and I don’t like grapefruit.
It’s a short walk to the Disney trams that will take you to, well, Disneyland or California adventure
After a long day when you get back to the hotel, it’s great to walk over to the bar and have a relaxing unwinding adult beverage at very reasonable prices. have one at the bar, take another to the room. Sleep wake up repeat your say.

I’ve tried rewording this review a few times, so that it doesn’t come across as scathing. All told, this isn’t a BAD hotel. It is new with sleek décor, and only about a mile (walking distance if you don’t have kids) to the parks. It also has a really really nice workout room with multiple treadmills and other machines that have TVs :)
However, despite being a new hotel, the walls are cheap and paper-​thin. And I know that this is Disney and a family destination. There are going to be kids and lots of them. And I know those kids are going to be wound up from all the excitement. I don’t blame the kids for being. kids, but we really couldn’t sleep because of the noise and it was after 10pm so called in a noise complaint for the room next to ours. The staff did absolutely nothing. We know they did nothing because we could hear absolutely every word spoken by the next room. They didn’t call, they didn’t come up, they just said they would handle it TWICE and then did nothing. It was impossible for us to sleep and loud enough that we couldn’t even hear our own TV.
The other complaint worth mentioning is the continental breakfast… I know, I know, I’m complaining about free food. The food was well-​stocked and always had plenty of (surprisingly decent) food… great! but they apparently don’t feel like a dining room staff is necessary. So we ate french toast out of a bowl (no clean plates) and had to bus dirty dishes off a table in order to get a spot. The bins for dirty dishes are overflowing and spilling over onto a cart. The tables, chairs and floors were filthy. I get that little kids (the same ones running around all night) eat here, so that makes it messy. but this place was a pit.
So, no. It isn’t a bad place. We survived our 3 nights and the manager was apologetic for our experience. but with 20 other hotel options in a one block radius, it just doesn’t stand out as an experience worth repeating.
