I see Al’s Automotive every day on my way to work. I never really thought about going there until the other day when my check engine light came on. I decided i wanted try someplace new instead of one of the major chains that always seem overpriced. The people at Al’s were very courteous and honest with me. They didn’t try to sell me on service that my car didn’t need. I will definitely be bringing my car back here for all my future automotive needs.

I found Al’s automotive through Autozone’s website, and I’m glad I found them. From the start Jose was a pleasure to work with, first I called to get an estimate on replacing the timing belts, Jose asked me questions to find out exactly what I needed done and he called me within a few minutes with an estimate. I took my car in the next day and was helped by Alvaro, again everyone there was friendly and professional. I could tell the shop was family owned and everyone there loved what they do.
They do their own inspections and suggest the best way to correct issues, but they were never pushy, which made me feel comfortable.
The place is small, and it seems like parking can be an issue on a busy day for them, but they are great with accommodating so I wouldn’t expect any issues.
Overall this place exceeded my expectations. Keep up the great work guys!

I absolutely love this place! Family owned for over 20 years. They are honest, friendly, considerate and loyal. They treat their employees like family and although they don’t have a top notch waiting area I’d rather have a small modest mechanic with morals.

I’ve been a loyal customer to Alvaro’s shop for over 10yrs. now; he is that «honest mechanic» everyone hopes to find. He is highly knowledgeable on all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance and goes beyond anyone’s expectations. I’ve taken in my classic cars and newer cars in for repair; they’ve repaired transmissions, R/​R engines, tune-​ups, ac repair, brakes, and carburetors, to name a few and have been fully satisfied with the quality and price of the repair. Al’s Automotive is a repair shop that you can trust and will more than likely stick to.
