AVOID THIS COMPANY! We had made an appointment at the front desk of Residence Inn JWAirport the night before and were very specific about needing a four door sedan at 5:30p the next day. At 5:45p the manager called ²⁴⁄₇ only to find out the driver assigned to pick up at 5:30 was not available. They assigned a second car to come which arrived at 5:53 –23 minutes LATE and we had a flight to catch. This driver drove up in a van. When I said we requested a 4 dr sedan, he rudely said he was canceling the ride and drove off as I was opening the door. He briskly said he was canceling and when I asked for his driver ID, he sped off. I was able to get the license plant 22795KL. He was extraordinarily RUDE and we were amazed as was the front desk who referred us to them and made all the arrangements. My husband is in a wheelchair and transfers every day at least 6 times a day into his sedan independently. One has to question whether this driver decided he did NOT want to deal with the wheelchair and sped away. This company SHOULD FIRE THIS DRIVER immediately. I will be filing an official complaint and will be discussing with Marriott discontinued use of this entire company. BEWARE. They are LATE, have RUDE drivers (who also may have their own illegal prejudices), and a company who does not adequately screen and train their drivers!

Called a week in advance to book my early morning flight from irvine to John Wayne airport. Called again to confirm my reservation the night before. They showed up right at. 5:15 on the dot, if not a few moments before, and the gentleman was courteous and friendly. Got me to the airport promptly and safely. :) recommended.

First you need to know ALL the names this company goes by: 24 – 7 Taxi Cab; 24 – 7 Yellow Cab; Taxi Escondido — just to name a few. If ANY taxi service you are going to call has the phone # (888) 247−8294(taxi), look for another company to serve you!
My Experience: We had reserved two days in advance, a 7 passenger van, to pick us up & take us to an event & also pick us up to return home. The company called us 10 minutes prior to our pick up time to tell us they «don’t have van’s available in our area» — yet when I called for the reservation, they confirmed they did. They couldn’t take us, nor pick us up & left all 7 of us at the curb, waiting! Thank goodness we didn’t book them for a ride to a wedding, the airport, or something more crucial like that!
All of the websites talk about their service & their vans, yet, their not organized & lack customer service in a BIG WAY! Stay very far away from using this taxi service — you’ll be glad you avoided the frustration, headache and being left at the curb waiting.. .
