Olympia Place is a brand-​new apartment building that will finish construction in early 2016, so you could be one of the first to live there! It is designed especially for college students, and is totally different from other off-​campus apartments because:

— All the furniture is included. You don’t have to buy anything or move it!

— The leases can be shorter than 12 months — so you don’t have to pay for the summer

— There is a HUGE (5000sqft) lobby with fireplaces, lots of space to hang out, and group study rooms that you can reserve.

— Rent is fully inclusive. You won’t have to pay any additional bills. It includes electric, heat, AC, water, trash, internet.

Olympia Place is the newest apartment building in Amherst, created specifically to serve the needs to students at the Five Colleges. Construction will be complete in early 2016, and we are signing leases right now for the 2016 – 2017 school year!
