Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care

So I asked my girlfriend to take my car to get a simple oil change. Mind you she’s an excellent listener and doesn’t mind being patient. So they tell her an hour and a half and she walks to drug Mart and mcdonalds to kill time and came back sat for a half hour. Then asked how much longer in a nice tone and off rip they got lippy as shit with her and said «we said a couple hours» and was rude about going about it in a manner where you’d talk to someone as if they were slow of some sort… so mind you this place is garbage along with the service it provides. If you can’t handle customer service when there’s nothing to even get worked up over then you should find a different job you can handle. I dont recommend anyone going there until they get their own attitudes fixed first.

I made an appointment via the app.9:18 am. On Saturday the 3^rd of October. I recieved my confirmation email, confirming. My 1pm appointment. I dropped off my car. I didn’t hear anything, I went back about 10 to 4. (Mind you they were busy,) my car was never touched. I said I guess I can wait. as they close @5. My car was last in. A few mins after 5 my car was ready. I went a few places. notice I am missing 3
my front passenger side. And here I sit on Sunday. They are closed. So my Saturday was spent waiting on my car. Now here I sit, not feeling my car is safe to drive. Thank you for ruining my weekend.

Ok so I just want everyone to know I had the BEST experience at Conrad’s in Amherst. I had an issue with my Jeep Patriot that needed immediate attention and they not only fixed the car in 1 day but were very upfront and accommodating. I had a budget I needed to stick to and they even came in under the budget. I am completely pleased with their work and professionalism. I was from out of town and they fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. Totally recommend them for any car repairs!
