I am sorry to hear that other folks have had such a bad experience here. I know Jenn was overwhelmed with groupon/​livingsocial deals. That is what first brought me her way and I have to say I am now a big fan and go to her once a month. She gives real good deep therapeutic massages and only charges $ 40/​hour. There was one session when she did not show up but she made up for it by giving me a free massage.
My only gripe is that she doesn’t take credit cards.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME with Jennifer Regan /​3R massage. I have back problems and was very excited to receive a groupon massage to this location from my boyfriend for Christmas. That being said the excitement ended there. I spent months playing phone tag with various numbers trying to get an appointment. I NEVER got a pick up and when I got to the voicemail more often than not it was full, forcing me to keep calling back to try and get through. When I finally got an appointment it was very close to the end of the groupon.
I showed up to the location on time for my appointment — There was no one there to greet me or sign me in… another customer told me I had to fill out a clipboard. I sat there for around 45 minutes without seeing anyone that worked there. Then I found out I had been bumped. NOT by someone that worked there but from the other customer waiting that said she & her daughter had the same time slot as me. Jennifer wasn’t even in the building she had to pass some of the work load on to a colleague. So I called her phone and of course… got voice mail.
Finally another masseuse that shared the space (not from the same practice) Came out and I was able to get answers. He was very kind and apologetic though not at all surprised at my terrible customer service experience. He looked in the system and said I was not even in as having an appointment. He further said that this was a common occurrence and she often over books, is hard to get ahold of, and is just generally unreliable. He said he had personally talked to her about it but apparently she has not taken the feedback. I had taken the entire day off for this and I was very disappointed. When she called back I told her I was done, and had no interest in coming back. There is no way I could ever relax there with how mad I was at the situation.
I have been meaning to write this for some time but was urged to do so when I saw that she is back on groupon right now. DON’T waste your time or money.
