Employees Marsha and Stephen went above and beyond tonight to help get a receipt issue straightened out !!!

If customer service is the criterion for rating a store, this one flunked. Visited the electronics department and found a small point-​and-​shoot camera on display that I wanted to buy. Took nearly 10 minutes to «close up everything» behind the check-​out counter and have the clerk go open the case — only to find NO stock for that camera. Yes, it was on clearance and the stock had already been cleared. They did have the next model up from the one I wanted — for $ 50 more than what the clearance camera was selling for.
No, they weren’t willing to make a price adjustment to sell me the higher-​priced camera. No, they weren’t willing to sell me the display camera.
No, they have no control over the merchandise displayed.
WalMart, if you are going to have something on display — like a camera — that you are offering to sell, you had damned-​well better either (1) have sufficient stock or (2) remove the display model so people won’t want to buy what you don’t have in stock.
I had a card and a case in hand ready to buy, I almost threw it at the clerk as I turned and walked out!

The store has been recently renovated. However, the produce department needs better stock. Cilantro and jalapenos are not always available. There is a redbox location which is helpful. There is also a murphy’s gas station out in the parking lot. The prices here seem to be higher than the location on I-​27 and Georgia
