RECOMMEND RECOMMEND RECOMMEND!!! I have never been to a shop where i was treated with the upmost respect and dignity. I did not have nearly as much as i needed to get my BMW back on the road. The owner Bill sat down with me and help find a the cheapest route to help me get my car back on the road. THEY EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO REFUND ME ALMOST $ 100 BACK FOR A PART THEY DIDN’T NEED TO USE THAT I WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO PAY FOR! I was a little ruff today, raggedy cloths, tattoos showing looking like i just got out of correction but he still treated me with the upmost respect like i was any other man. And lastly i drop off my item way late in the day expecting my car to be ready by tomorrow. NO, they got my car fixed right away no matter how busy it was they still took good care of me. Thank you once again Top Gun for your kindness and courtesy and thanks again to the owner Bill that went above and beyond! Please take your vehicles to these guys. Like they say, they will fix ANYTHING! Even my damn expensive BMW for waay cheaper than any other guys!

The story:
My sister, myself and my two cats were on a roadtrip from Los Angeles to Michigan, and on Day 2 we arrived in Amarillo, TX for lunch. After we hopped back in our car, the check engine light came on, and my Ford Focus (2004 SE, 2.3L) was shuddering/​jerking very strongly in idle and in drive. Fortunately, I’ve had this problem already occur in the past year — so I knew that a different one of my cylinders was misfiring, and that I specifically needed another new ignition coil (I had paid $ 600 for parts+labor in West Los Angeles).
I called a few auto shops within a mile radius. One said they were heavily backed up with other customers. One said they were booked for the rest of the week. Top Gun said they could look at the car immediately, and could definitely replace the ignition coil within an hour and for ~$ 300 if that was indeed the problem, so I rolled in. They let me sit with my two cats (in carriers) in the waiting room while they ran diagnostics. Came back maybe 15 minutes later, and told me I was right about the ignition coil. 45 minutes later, the job was done for $ 300, half the price I paid the first time in LA for a different coil, and we were back on the road for our adventure!
I’m extremely grateful that we found them. Great service quality, price and speediness, and a very trustworthy, accommodating and friendly staff. I’d recommend any friend to their facility.
