We are a Personal Training and Massage Studio in Amarillo, Texas. Our 3 Trainers specialize in customized individual and small group training sessions (2 – 5 people). The 2 Massage Therapist are trained in a wide variety of massage techniques including relaxation, deep tissue, myofascial, prenatal, couples and medical massage. We also offer body wraps and scrubs.

Established in 2015.

We opened in October of 2015 and bring 30 plus years of combined experience in the Massage and Personal Fitness Industry.

Robert and Katie M.

Business Owner

Robert has been a massage therapist in Amarillo for 20 years. Katie is the Office Manager for o local «Low Voltage» electrical company. Understanding the importance of Health and Wellness has brought them to create a company combining the importance of movement and exercise with the benefits of massage therapy. Establishing «Back to Basics» is as much an attitude as it is the name of the business.
