Slowest service, overpriced, crap tires. The tread on 3 tires started separating after less than 2 years and about 20,000 miles. Despite a tread warranty of about 50,000 miles, they said it would be «too hard to get it taken care of by the manufacturer» and insisted on doing it as a Road Hazzard… pro-​rated, of course. Then it took over 3 hours for a simple install, and I had an appointment. They should stand behind the tires they sell regardless of the manufacturer. Horrible.

I went in for tires. Only tires. Nothing else. There’s absolutely no reason they should be opening my hood. I don’t need them to check my fluids, or tell me what they think is wrong with my truck. I’ve owned it for almost 20yrs. I know more about this truck than them. This could have been a whole lot faster if they would have just replaced the tires like I requested rather than trying to upsell me parts I don’t need. Parts that I replaced 2 weeks before getting tires!
My advice to anybody that reads this and still choses to go there:
Don’t just drop your vehicle off and leave.
Go outside and watch them.
Request that they do not do their silly inspection and that you only want tires done.
This is YOUR vehicle. If they tell you something needs replaced, YOU get a 2^nd opinion from somewhere else that won’t try to take advantage of you.
If you have a manual shift vehicle, request that they get one of their techs that knows how to drive a manual shift vehicle, not one that will be using your personal vehicle for some practice.

I just wanted to say thank you to Justin the service manager for the great service I received today. I needed to buy. 4 tires and he answered all my questions. It was nice to feel appreciated and not a bother. The best part was my car was finished and waiting for me when I returned at the time quoted! Thank you so much … I will let everyone know about your great service!

Purchased a set of tires with lifetime balance, lifetime rotation, and road hazard From Dickinson/​League City NTB. Returned with tires 18 months and 10k miles after purchased to have them rotated for the 3^rd time. Found a nail in sidewall and didn’t have the replacement tire. Told me it would be $ 18 to replace it but they didn’t have tire. They sent me to this location which tacked on additional fees and charged me almost $ 50! Lost my business forever.

This place doesn’t deserve 1 star. They will recommend to replace everything in your car and try to oversell you. I was promised my car would be done no later than 5pm when I came in at 11am; they didn’t finish with my car until 7pm after I arrived at 5 and told them that I had to pick up my child from daycare. Words can’t even describe the amount of inconvenience and frustration this place caused me. The only thing they offered in return was less than 10% off my bill. 2 days later I received a call from the guy that promised to have my car done by 5pm. He apologized and that was it. No call from the manager or owner. I will never return to this store or any other NTB after my experience.
