Crystal Aire

My AC unit started to leak and the verdict was that I needed a new evaporator coil. After a couple of estimates from different companies, both large and small, I was frustrated. Nearly $ 2k for a small part (or so I thought) was not up my alley or in my budget. I placed a request on Home Advisor and Teresa of Crystal Aire reached out to me via email. While emailing back and forth with Teresa, I was in contact with other companies as well trying to secure a decent quote and a date for installation. I actually had an appointment with another company but Teresa made an offer I could not refuse and I decided to go with Crystal Aire.
This company embodies what an experience with a contractor should be like. Teresa was persistent but never pushy and the gentlemen who came out to my house for both the estimate and installation were very professional and respectful. Crystal Aire is also very timely, which is appreciated on my end as a customer. If I don’t have a working AC unit, it’s imperative that my appointment is made sooner rather than later. Crystal Aire came out on a Wednesday and I was freezing with the new AC unit by Friday. Awesome awesome awesome.
