I have contacted them in 2012 to find a device to connect the speakers we had. They did a good job in recommending a device and connecting it. Very happy.
So, a month ago (December 2014) I have contacted them again to install and connect the TV I just bought. They did a good job at a reasonable price.
Unfortunately just before they came, my Denon device broke and I asked them to have a look at it. They checked and there was no problem with the speakers but with the device. So, I had to bring it into a repair shop. They have disconnected the device and said, I should let them know once I had it back so that they would reconnect it.
I got the device fixed and called them to come. We have arranged a date and time but they never showed up, never called me that they would be late or anything. Since then I cannot reach them by phone or by mail. No response. Maybe they went out of business???
I could have reconnected the speakers myself if I were given the chance to take a picture of the back. But now I will have to contact someone else and pay the money… so, they cost me now.
Happy with the job first time but really disappointed now… and it looks like I am not the only one from the review below…

I desperately needed an expert in cabling to come out to a house I was working at and help me with a customers network cable issues and Zach was there quickly! He gave me a fair price and I couldn’t be more happy with his service.
You can tell when someone is an expert at what they do. He spoke with authority about various topics and was very helpful with things he didn’t even have to help with.
As someone that owns a computer repair business, I don’t do cabling, home theater (audio/​video), telephones and that sort of things, but from now on whenever my customers have a need for someone like that, I will definitely be calling on Zach and Unisen Media.

Just spent $ 2000 and have no ability to watch cable TV … Unresponsive and no-​showed for last appt… Cancelled the first appt at last minute … Was a 2-​day job and had to pay in full for 1^st day… job not completed and now having to get a professional to fix the problems. Ask for instructions in writing for the $ 380 remote and got 5 lines… a nightmare

After an extremely frustrating morning and afternoon trying to configure equipment in my new apartment, I searched for a home theater installer on Unilocal.Unisen was my first phone call! On a Sunday (!) afternoon, I was greeted by Zach who resolved my issue within 5 minutes! I had previously spoken with Time Warner support and Best Buy Geek Squad people who had no idea how to resolve my issue. Unisen is on my list now!

Did a fantastic job of installing a custom mount job of two TV’s in my business. On schedule, flexible, problem-​solvers, and very affordable!

Very courteous, quick and professional install. They mounted my TV above the fireplace, hide the wires, hooked up my input devices including my sound bar and even cleaned up afterwards. I will use them in the furture as-​well as recomend their services since I am pleased every bit of the way. They were on time and I flt like they valued my business and time.

Zach was great — installed three TVs and put cable boxes and dvd player in remote locations. You can’t see any of the wires and they cleaned up — I could not be happier and highly recommend.
