Chipotle Mexican Grill

Mediocre. And expensive for what you get. Ordered a salad with carnitas, and the serving of meat was microscopic. My husband asked for more but the server said we would be charged extra. Use the money you’d spend here on a nice dinner at home.

Great food as always. They have a good line at meal times at this location but it usually moves fast at this location. I have done both dine-​in & takeout. I love that they have both brown rice & salads here. I also like the quality of their foods. My only wish is for guacamole to be included or at a lower price. Its very expensive for the portion given. Overall, its a great place for a fast healthy meal.

Good food and nice people bad music. I got the chicken bowl with white rice and black beans, sour cream, cheese and a sweet tea. The music had a guy yelling about the devil.

As a frequent consumer I went into this location and expected the standard. I walked out with a half burrito and a when I went back to fix it is was treated rudely while they employees looked at each other blankly not knowing how to fix it. Definitely not going back to this place.

Good, healthy, affordable food! We frequent this Chipotle location regularly and have never had a complaint. It is usually quite busy, but the employees are friendly and get you through the line quickly. They will gladly give you extra rice, beans, etc. if you ask. You pay a little more for extra meat. I can usually get two meals out of one burrito bowl. We usually get the food to go, but have never had a problem getting a table, either. Definitely recommend!

Yum, way better than before and gets better every time. The steak bowl is where it’s at. The extra salsas and white rice are heavenly, I love chipotle!

Love this place. I ordered a chicken bowl which was delicious. I also got chips and guacamole and it was very good as usually. I will be back when in this area. The line was long but they move fast and I am use to the long lines.

Not impressed by this location. The line was long and the restaurant ran out of chicken. Ultimately, the food was mediocre at best. It was disappointing. The staff tried to placate the situation, but it was still a long wait for food that wasn’t very good.

Okay, so it’s my first Unilocal review, I’m angry with this standing chipotle. I ordered 2 sides of guacamole for pickup with my meal, instead of calling me and telling me they’re out, they make the order and basically say oh by the way, we don’t have it. The chipotle in Mt. Dora was kind enough to be honest and ask if I still wanted the order filled. I feel the management is poor because they always run out of guacamole while other stores in the area have it. I’m a student so I love chipotle but this place is garbage. If the food wasn’t so good they would get even lower rating.

We’ve never had a problem with the service at Chipotle. Usually the workers are very speedy and friendly. However today it seemed that the cashier and the last gentleman in the assembly line just weren’t present. At the very end of my order I had to repeat multiple times what I did not want on my order and he almost still added. I wished he had been paying attention. Then the cashier took a phone call before packaging our food; we had to do it ourselves and she didn’t even notice us leave.

For fast food it doesn’t get any better. And a burrito lasts me two meals.
I like to ask for so much stuff that they have trouble rolling my burrito. Yeah, I am one of those people.

Usually this place is really good abs their chicken has great flavor but today food was crap.
Also there were several empty tables that were all dirty a d had not been cheated out. We finally cleaned of the tables ourselves with a napkin to sit and eat.
This is a busy Chipotle and they clearly need more staff. Disappointed in this visit. Both with the food and the cleanliness!
Oh, and lots of pieces of bone and tendons in the chicken too!!!

Having frequented this particular Chipotle for a number of years, it is safe to say this is one of my favorite locations.
Chipotle is all about quality of ingredients and this location consistently maintains the status quo. Food preparation is performed onsite and based on experiences at other locations, it can and does go wrong. The best way to seemingly judge a Chipotle location is by the tenderness and care of their barbacoa. Slow cooked and juicy, barbacoa is my goto protein. Often locations allow it to dry out, have had great success here.
It is apparent that this location has maintained good leadership over the years. The line workers seem to enjoy their jobs and it is always nice to be met with a smile.
This physical location is on the average size and definitely fills up at peak times. I have had to get my meal to go simply due to the place being packed.
Bottomline: If you are in the neighborhood hankering Chipotle, this is a better than average location. If you have never eaten at a Chipotle, prepare to experience burrito nirvana!

I used to go to this place ever since I was little.
They are always so nice and kind.
except tonight.
I ordered online so i can just go in and out.
When I ordered online, chipotle website told me to go straight to cashier so i don’t have to wait in line.
As soon as I arrived I went in front of the line then this chunky grumpy lady told me to get in the line… I even told her I am here for pick up. She was so rude and gave me an attitude.
Then I saw someone else walking straight to cashier and got her food and left.
REALLY???
I understand that this place is almost always crowded, but she was really rude.
I had to wait 30mins.
It was ridiculous.

This chipotle was sub par. Slow workers and under seasoned meat. Less than fresh toppings. Not the best one I’ve been to by a long shot. :(

I like this Chipotle so much better than the one in Apopka. Their chicken is well-​seasoned, food servings are generous and the ice-​tea is yummy. It’s exemplifies everything I love about Chipotle. I got a fabulous burrito bowl, but one thing not to repeat for next time is to get the IZZE black currant drink — tasted like cough syrup! I will stick with ice tea for next time.

So I finally got to try Chipotle. They were running a promotion where if you purchase there one of their Sofritas burrito, you could get another one free at a later date. This was enough to get my attention. I went to this location at about 9:30 in the evening. The place was packed, and there was a line. The young lady behind the line took my order for my Sofritas bowl. I took it home, and it was yummy.
I understand that Chipotle uses only organic ingredients. Now I understand what all the fuss is about. Delicious bowl, and am looking forward to my free one in the future.

Before I even write this review, I’m actually wanting some Chipotle right now. haha. One of the best places to get healthy fast food. Lunch time gets craaaay, but then again I feel like any chipotle locations have that same problem too. But hey it’s not a problem at all cause it’s worth the wait!
I personally love ordering the burrito bowl, I feel like you get more for your money and you can always add a little more of whatever else you want. So first you get to pick the kind of rice you want. It’s great that they have brown rice now available, but my go-​to will always be the white rice. I can’t leave it, and it calls my name. haha. Then your type of red or black beans, protein, and then them sauces! I LOOOOVE their corn, hot sauce, and guac!
Oh and for those of you who are busy, you can now order online!

This is my second favorite Chipotle location being Lake Mary which is my first favorite.
Went tonight a at a different hour than usual and this was between 6:30pm — 7:30pm and it was packed for a Sunday night.
Meat and lettuce was fresh. The rice was just finished cooking so it was yummy fresh too. I got the steak bowl and it was everything and more for a fast food restaurant.
The cashier was super nice and friendly. She is usually always the cashier when I go there.
Because it was busy took 18 minutes from entering to cashing out. Was worth the wait.
