Very unfriendly atmosphere… ice cream good, but would rather go to a friendlier establishment…

This is for Maureen k… I’m sorry you feel that way but my father works TWO jobs so he doesn’t only have this store… Mind you he gets no sleep but is the sweetest guy on this earth! We own this store because its the customers that keep us going! We are fast and happy to be working here! Just because someone looks crabby doesn’t mean they are so thank you for your review

The Dad looks crabby all the time and makes you feel not welcome! I can get ice cream anywhere and service with a smile.
These people shouldn’t own a place like this if they hate people!

I ordered from them twice, and each time felt a little uncomfortable. I like to give businesses 2^nd and even 3^rd chances before I write a review so that I can determine if my experience was a one time thing or the atmosphere of the business. Anyway, I ordered an ice cream blizzard cake from them on two separate occasions. The first time I called to order I asked if they had any Disney Princesses, mainly Princess Tiana. The woman laughed at my question and responded «Oh no, we don’t have her here. I’ve never heard of her.» Her laughter and tone of voice when answering my question really rubbed me the wrong way. But, I ordered anyway because it was the only DQ that could have my order ready ASAP.
I decided to give them another chance just 10 days later and called to order another blizzard cake. After telling the lady what I wanted written on the cake, she screamed «WHAT?» I paused, repeated myself again, to which she then began to laugh. I didn’t even want anything bizarre written on it, but I guess a cake from «Daddy’s Princess» was chuckle worthy.
With customer service like this, it’s no wonder that DQ restaurants are dropping like flies. This DQ needs to update it’s cake toppings selection so that it can accommodate a broader demographic! I will never go here again!

SLow and horrible service. The owners which are family are often still on the sidelines watching the kids work. The father just stands around and watches people work. Their freezers are empty, the store is pretty bland and i wonder if the health inspector has come by. I would pass it up. go to Andy’s frozen custard. better service, and happy to be working.

This place has excellent service, friendly staff and a clean store.

I love this location. There are so many flavors available for blizzards. Yum! I’m so glad they started to accept credit cards. That’s a great plus!
