Todd helped us navigate buying in a tricky short sale, and did a super job while making it as painless as possible. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, thorough, prompt and helpful. He made lots of things possible (like moving in early, buying the selker’s furniture, etc.) by going above and beyond. He is also just fun to work with. He helped speed along the process, saved us some money, and was extremely honest and principled, which we have learned is not as universal among realtors as we’d have hoped. We would highly recommend him, especially for any tricky transactions like ours. He’s great.
