This is a very good Wendy’s. I’ve been to many Wendy’s in many states. I’ve learned that this chain can be hit or miss. This one is more hit. Here’s why: 1) it’s been tastefully remodeled inside(May, 2016); 2) The food is good. The BBQ Ranch salad they just made me is excellent, fresh, and nicely sized. 3) I get good service here. Folks I see are pleasant.

Went inside to order, I was the only one there. 4 – 5 working there 3 of them made eye contact with me, waited over 10 minutes and walked out. Drove out of my way to Burger King and had good service there.

This is now the second time that this Wendy’s has given me burgers when I asked for combos. Each time, the cashier insisted that I had declined her offer of a combo, even though I had specifically requested them. This time I was in the drive-thru, and when I finally got the stupid drinks, the lid on one wasn’t secured, and it spilled all over my car AND my work clothes. The cashier said that the fries would take a few minutes and asked me to pull ahead to wait for them(she hadn’t checked to see if any were ready before running my card again), then saw the mess and just said«Oh, I’ll get you some napkins. Just pull ahead.» Five minutes later, a guy comes out with fries. Not even a single napkin in the bag. Now I have to drive home in a sticky mess. Worst customer service I have ever had at a fast-food restaurant.

one of my absolute biggest pet peeves is when I go to the drive thru to avoid as much human contact as I can, but in the end, I have to go inside because they screwed my simple order up. that happened here. and although it’s a small mistake, it’s really annoying because it turns«fast» food into«meh this might kinda take a minute» food. I discovered I might be addicted to Unilocal because I checked out reviews for this place before I ordered and noticed most of them were about how they didn’t get their orders right. most reviews were old, so young, dumb, and naïve me decided OBVIOUSLY they must have changed. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich plain. I drove around, got my food fast and decided to check my bag for shits and giggles. guess what? my order was wrong. I parked my car and walked in and I know my annoyance was showing on my face. a manager who was sitting at one of the booths on her laptop(???) immediately got up to fix it and smiled at me numerous times. an extra star for the manager who was courteous.

Walked-in, walked-out. Please invest in a makeover and update your location. You’re local competitors are much newer and cleaner. It does matter. Please invest in training your staff in customer service. I came in and was perusing your menu for several minutes, but not one of your three staff members(yes, including the supervisor) said a simple but meaningful greeting. And, to boot, you only had one customer(drive-thru) at the time… pitiful.

The burgers were good, and although they ripped a bag and shorted us an order of fries, when approached, their service was spectacular. After passing up four other Wendy’s due to their low quality, this one was worth it.

I tend to always forget about this place, and usually wind up at Burger King or Chick Fil A. But today, somehow, I got my mom to run and get us food from Wendys, and it was awesome. The new fries are great, and they rarely mess up the order, which for me is plain, or just ketchup, nothing else. I know I will be making more trips back to this place, often.

This is what I get for allowing a 6 year old to pick where we were going for dinner. I totally expected him to beg for me to magically reopen Joe’s Crab Shack or at least want Provino’s.(which are his usual choices) but noooooo. Tonight, he picks this. Ok. well, I did say«anywhere, anything you want.» Since I quit eating Wendy’s way back in the day, I figured it wouldn’t kill me to give it another chance and see if it had changed. Food was typical fast food fare. The spicy chicken is STILL not what I’d consider spicy, the child refused to eat the bun on his burger because it was«all wet and gooey from the hambuger juice, and there’s PICKLES! DIdn’t you say no pickles? MOMMY!!!» Yes, I did say no pickles. I also said no mustard. Just ketchup. Lo, and behold, they put all three on his burger. At least they got his oranges right. Anyways, they have changed their fries. MUCH better than they were before. Wendy’s is touting them as «natural» fries… which i don’t know how possible that is for a ff chain, but they did have skins on quite a few of them. They definitely LOOK natural. They were crispy and not the usual Wendy’s soggy that I remembered. Also, they are using sea salt now, which I prefer over regular NaCl any day. I gave it an extra star for the sea salt and the employees. Everyone in there was actually very nice and they were nice to my son about getting him another hamburger with no mustard on it. Still, next time he wants hamburgers, I’m sticking with Red Robin!
